On Monday the 5/12/2025 we order taco pizza and bacon cheese bread and bbq boneless chicken wings and couple of sandwiches and the lady was very nice our taco pizza had two sour cream and two taco sauces and no cut up tomatoes on top of the taco pizza next when we order Taco pizza make sure put some tomatoes and extra sour cream and Taco sauce

Ordered pizza, sides, bowls and sauces. Waited about an hour for the food (which is fine I expected this) but when the food arrived half of the things I paid for weren’t right or weren’t there at all. Pretty disappointed

Yesterday I got a coupon in the mail for a free large two topping pizza. Two weeks ago we had a delivery order and it was 15 minutes late. I didn't even complain and they were nice enough to send that out. The staff is always super nice to deal with as well!

It had been quite a while since I had ordered from them, and if it hadn't been for the staff, I may not have ordered this time.
I have never had a problem ever from here I absolutely love papa John’s but I am am extremely upset with these guys tonight I ordered food for my family my daughter really wanted pizza and I ordered it at 7:06 the food was on the way at 7:30 I called them at 8:30 to see what was taking so long she told me he should start heading my way now I said okay and moved on he was 8 minutes out from were the tractor said it was at I called again at 8:47 to have to cancel my order bc by the time my family would have gotten our pizza it would have been cold and passed my daughter bed time I work in the food industry and I do understand they were busy but not an hour and 15 minutes is ridiculous ( the driver was driving in a parking lot for 30 minutes with my pizza still in the car ) I hope these guys have a better night and no one else experience what my family did tonight I am wants again very disappointed in papa John today

Ordered a delivery for dinner for our family, driver drove around in a circle at an apartment complex for 40 minutes, as soon as we called to cancel the order we saw him take off back to the store still on the tracker. At least I can trust a door dasher to actually deliver food compared to whatever clown they have driving the Papa John's car

My girlfriend and I ordered delivery from this location. We were quoted 27-31 minute arrival time. 30 minutes passed and the pizza said it had been delivered. So I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and was told the driver was in altoona when my pizza was apparently delivered less than 5 minutes prior to talking with the manager. So I was lied too and told we would be delivered a fresh pizza 2 hours passed and was delivered a warmish soggy pizza. I will never be ordering from papa johns again at least this location.

Delivery driver in white jeep had a white supremacist logo hat on dash. My wife that is black saw the hat when she went to get our pizza, absolutely disgusting.
