Stay away from here because this place is utter trash! My husband called in to have a pizza delivered, they said it would be 20 minutes. A whole hour had gone by and when my husband called back to check on the delivery status they said they had been trying to call his phone, there were absolutely no calls. Then they claimed they had the wrong number, but the best part of this crappy service is that the guy then hung up on my husband. We called back and they picked up the phone just to hang it up on us again. Tried a third time and then no answer. You’ve got to be kidding me! After reading the reviews I seen another person was also rudely hung up on as well by a store manager named, Ryan. The “service” here sucks! Papa John’s, do better!

I’m so mad! I ordered at 10:03pm the guy on the phone told me it would be here in a hour after taking my card information, waited until 11:30 to call the store and was on hold for about 25 minutes before the same guy answered the phone and told me they were closed! Mind you when you call it asked if you’ve already ordered or placing a new order! Never ordering from this spot again!

The pizza was good but my Breadstick order was not a full order. They had 3 in there that would have been the size of 1. They also need to give more sauce for the Breadstick instead of charging for them.

Called to place a delivery order At 1am mind you they don’t close until 2am the person on the phone said we’re busy and hung up in my face I called back and asked to speak to management only to find that the person who rudely answered and hung up on me was the manager after i asked for his name and was told it was Ryan I told him I was the lady he rudely hung up on he proceeded to tell me they trying to clean to go home I said your open until 2 and if delivery isn’t available I’m pretty sure take is so why wasn’t i offered that option after huffing and puffing he said yea maam we can do take out I rudely hung up on him i don’t want anyone with a attitude on my food and I rudely hung up on him sheesh is there any professional hh

Save yourself the time and the aggravation, you will order and NEVER get your food nor will you be told the order was canceled. When they were called the manager couldn't even be bothered to come to the phone. No apologies after waiting 2 hours for food! Their website screwed up was the only excuse given! What a joke, domino's may be a cheaper brand but at least you will get to eat. Ordered from DOMINOS HAD FOOD IN 15 MINS! Will NEVER order again from this joke of a company, Guess if it was a $100 order they MIGHT have actually made an effort to feed us. Good bye papa John's forever! 2.5 hrs for delivery of a cold and undercooked pizza. Manager said they got busy. Pizza went right to the trash. No attempt to make things right.
Apparently these people can’t manage to make one pizza, called me after I put my order in, hung up as soon as I answered, then cancelled my order. Not to mention when I ordered last week the delivery driver was unnecessarily rude nearly throwing my pizzas at me, after banging on my door when I explicitly stated to give me a call as to not bother my neighbors.

On Monday I sent in an order for 24 extra large pizzas to be delivered on Wednesday at 12:30 for a company event. At 12:00 the day of I was informed that they canceled my order. I called the store and the young man that answered the phone said his GM told him to cancel the order because they did not have enough of the extra large dough. Ummm Ok, how about call me and give me other options?! Or how about you order extra dough from another store, you had 3 DAYS! The young man on the phone caught an attitude and told me it wasn't his fault. I said I was super impressed with their customer service. Do not order from here is you actually want to RECEIVE the pizza.

If I could put 0 stars I would, we ordered delivery after a long day of working late at night, after I ordered online, i called right after TO MAKE SURE they do not ring the doorbell to not wake up my elderly grandma, and infant niece. The girl on the phone ensured me she would let the driver know. Later I am shook by aggressive POUNDING on my front door and the doorbell being SPAMMED profusely. The pounding genuinely sounded like someone tried to break in. This woke up my entire family at 2am including my grandma, my infant niece who wouldnt stop crying, and my uncle and aunt who have to get up at 5am for their jobs. I rushed downstairs to ask why the driver would do that but I was merely brushed off. I understood that they were closing and I ordered delivery but this gives the delivery driver no right to act this way and cause a disturbance to my whole family. I work a very late food service job too, I understand the pain of working this late but it is your job to do so. As if that wasnt enough, My pizza came out cold and had hardly any pepperoni on it. im severely disappointed. Do better.
