We booked through open table and the restaurant was empty but weirdly we were placed in a corner where the server bus station was. WE put in notes that we had a 7:00 pm hockey game but food was slow to come out. I went and sought out our server to inquire . Apologies were made as they were training a new cook. Unfortunately The chicken on my entre was very dry and so was my friend's pork chop. They have outdoor sating and an active bar as this restaurant is in a hotel space so drinks and apps might be the way to go.

We went here thinking this would be a great high end place to eat supper. Instead we got a server that took 1 hour to bring us drinks and another 30-40 minutes to get the food we ordered. The server was unapologetic for the delayed service and proceeded to ask my friend to sing him a song which put her on the spot and made her feel very uncomfortable. I also had to help the server run the register to seperate off the drinks from the food we ordered going up multiple times to get the same bill.

Great service accommodating our group meeting prior to lunch. Gave us space for our meeting yet still attentive to our needs. No need to look anywhere else to have your business meetings!

Professional staff and delicious food!! I got the Pesto Alfredo. It had penne noodles with Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken with pesto drizzled over top. The breadsticks on the side were also good!

Find somewhere else, even if you’re staying at the hotel and this place looks convenient.Awful service. Most of the staff tried their best not to make eye contact, both when approached by customers waiting to be seated and those that wanted water or coffee. Breakfast was mostly a buffet (little to no service required) and they were overwhelmed to the point that we got our coffee after we finished eating both days we ate here.Food was ok- nothing remarkable.Very overpriced for what it is. Almost $30 for the breakfast buffet.

I have eaten here twice in the last year - each time before the morning session of a convention. The service has always been impossibly slow, the food is poorly made and mediocre tasting at best, and insanely overpriced. Won't be back for a third visit.

Waited to be seated for 15 minutes after reservation time without hostess acknowledging even though several empty tables. Wait staff were understaffed but tried after was finally seated. Menu very limited and simple. Lots of room for improvement.

We were seat promptly and even though it was obvious they were short staffed we were served quickly and checked on frequently during our meal. The food was good and portioned well. The fries were seasoned just right. Would recommend the pulled pork sandwich.

Had the pesto Alfredo chicken… it was terrible

Food and service decent for breakfast but very unprofessional and rude to be loudly moving tables and resetting tables when guests are still eating. I thought I was being told to leave in a passive aggressive way. If guests are still eating breakfast, you should not in this calibre of place be screeching tables, moving them, clattering cutlery, etc.

All drinks were over priced and not made well. Food was reasonably priced but was not good from the appetizer to the main dish. Our server was not good and seemed uncomfortable to be asked any questions even regarding menu & bill. I would not recommend this restaurant in the hotel to others.

Ordered the chicken tenders and didn't realize it didn't come with fries. Because usually at restaurants it does come with fries and thought that was interesting. I should've asked.Debated if I should've ordered a side of fries but there was so much chicken I definitely would not have had room for fries. The bartender was very attentive as I chose to eat at the bar. I was the only one there at that time. I think it was her manager and some higher up that were telling her on what they wanted rearranged and all this stuff....but I was ready to check out. I didn't want to interrupt so I just waited patiently. Bartender apologized. Even though I was the only one there, I felt like they could've let her let me check out or let her check up on me...instead of keep talking to her and ignorning me, I know they know I was there. I came from the gym and had my water bottle so I just filled the glass once I was out of the water she gave me.
