Food price went up but the food quality went down. Casava leaf had little to no meat in it and the few pieces it had in it was very tough to eat. Had to come home and cook my own meat to add to it to actually be able to enjoy it.

My husband went in there to give out our order. He return back in the car angry due to the fact a little boy was taken the order instead of adults. I went back in to make sure they got our order right the woman was rude but I didn’t feel like arguing it turns out she didn’t even know what we ordered so the little boy had to let her know like what kinda of customer service is this it’s ridiculous. Never again

The customer service was not up to par. I did not feel welcomed at all. Very rude when I was going to order my food so I walked out.

The first red flag was going in there and the place smelled like a pet shop🤢 but I still took my chances and paid 30$ for a meal that has mystery meat in it. And like everyone says it’s too spicy and overpriced and the ladies there aren’t very friendly. First and last time going there!

even after our misunderstanding after receiving the wrong item she replaced it, but the meat in the soup did not seem to be cooked thoroughly, and I found 2 big pieces of what looks like pure bone/fat which had no meat attached so I was skimped and paid $30 for my meal just to be given bones in places meat should have been. The soup was not very tasty it did not taste like Palavo sauce, it was slimy and way too spicy and had no flavor, idk if the spice just overpowered the flavor but it was not good overall. This was my first and last time. I never made an argument but the lady kept trying to argue even tho i was very calm and cooperative.

Was told they close at 9 went to get my food and nobody answered the phone or came to the door she said 10 to 15min

Need improvement on customer service and fixing customers issues.

The food was so delicious, rice steak my favorite, i recommend.

Really good place to go.
I personally think it is a great restaurant.
I like it.
My kids did not because the food was too spicy.
At home, we purposely do not put hot peppers ? in the soup.
We put it on our individual plate.

I wish she had our option for kids.

Yet. I can understand that at a restaurant, you have to focus on the majority of customers and not specific groups or requests.
This is the one reason why I give it a 4 star interest of 5.??
