Great way to wear your dog out. Staff are super in their handling of dogs. Been there a month now and no regrets
They don’t accept vaccinations from the ARL… umm that’s ridiculous. The ARL also has strict paperwork requirements. The ARL cares about the safety and health of their shelter pets just as much. The care and vaccinations provided by the ARL are done by licensed veterinarians - but cannot be accepted by Paws and Pints? Seems like Paws and Pints is entitled and doesn’t want shelter pets on their premises. Their practices and policies will deter people from wanting to adopt rescue animals since they won’t be able to have access to fun places such as Paws and Pints. And the gentleman at the front was about as helpful as having wet cardboard box.
I love this place. It's a great environment for dogs and their owners. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent at what they do. This is a great addition to Des Moines
The dog park is excellent, lots of good attendants, the food is good, the coffee is really good. Lots of different areas inside and out for dogs to play. There’s also daycare, boarding and grooming.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Koda Bear loves Paws & Pints, MoTail & Spa for lodging & grooming. And last, but surely not least the best Day Care ever. They treat Koda and us like we are Family. And during this holiday season, definitely want to tell you we are Thankful for you! Matt & I will be visiting my best friend’s bar this weekend. While Koda plays with his friends. Definitely five stars Matt, Susie & Koda
My dog had a great time while I had Shepards Pie! YUM!
Initially it was great. I’m not sure if it’s new management but it seems to have gone down hill. A couple of months ago, there was a day where three different dogs went after my dog. The doggie bouncers did nothing. Aggressive dogs are not asked to leave. I left several messages for management. I also left several messages for the spa, to schedule my dog for another visit. I received no response from either. After multiple messages, the spa told me that my phone number was disconnected, which it was not. They also told me, they returned all messages with a 24 hours, which is absolutely not true. They do not. The customer service has definitely declined since we first started going there. I canceled my membership at the beginning of October, they assured me it would be canceled and I would only be charged for October. I received the notification for November, that I was going to get charged again. Once again, I left a message, with absolutely no response. I was charged again. I called today and was treated horribly, because of mistakes that they made on their end. Both the person on the phone and the manager, we’re not friendly or customer service oriented for their billing mistakes. Hopefully it is fixed now. I would not recommend this place.
They don’t take rescue paper work even though my dog was clearly vaccinated with proof but apparently they don’t trust rescue dogs that have records of being vaccinated at the rescue … I’m not happy with my experience at all.
We absolutely loved Paws & Pints, especially after a long roadtrip across the country. Our pup, Rusty, played for hours in the incredible facilities and we got to enjoy some food and drinks because of the incredible staff. Ash, Kayli, and James were above and beyond helpful!
Fun place to hang with your pooches!

My wife and I visited my son in Des Moines and we went to this establishment with our dog and my son’s dog. What a great time we had watching football and enjoying our dogs run around. A really great place.
Little piece of heaven on earth.
The 4-leggeds really enjoy Paws and Pints, socially interacting with other dogs and exercise in the large backyard.
So many options to hang with your companion, eat, drinks! Fresh smaller menu, fantastic Mac a cheese!
