Both times I've been here for dinner, we have been sat, then completely forgot about. After waiting 10-15 minutes to order a drink, I've had to go up to the bartender to try to order drinks for our table. First time we visited, they did it. This last time they did not. They just asked my who my server was, to which I replied that I didn't know because no one's been by our table since we sat down. And THEN, instead of helping after that, the bartender asks me if we sat ourselves and that we were supposed to wait to be seated. Have also had two different burgers there and both came out pretty dry.

Everything about this visit on a Saturday night (march 22) was bad. No one there to greet and seat us until a long wait even though they were nowhere near busy. Our waitress took forever with everything and had ZERO personality. I wouldn't say she seemed mad, per se, but she definitely didn't even try to be friendly. She was just...'there' as a sentient being occupying space. We had to ask another server for help a couoke of times. The table next to us in the bar area never got bussed even though the bartender had time to check her phone. The nachos were bland. I've never had a nachos dish appetizer before that was bland. How do you screw up nachos?!! Our burgers were fine but that's literally the only good thing from this experience. There seemed to be a lack of communication amongst staff and/or bad leadership at this location. This location is also NOT on Yelp which is kind of (maybe) telling. The place was pretty dead, which, on a Saturday night during March Madness, tells me that this place won't be around for the long-haul.

This is a good place to go to have drinks and food for sporting events for sure! It's a very cool place inside with TONS of TVs. This should be a go-to for March Madness! The food was average, the service was pretty good, but it seemed like the servers were pretty new. The manager did make a point to speak to every table, which we appreciated! Overall, it is definitely somewhere we would go again for a sporting event, just maybe not an all-the-time thing.

Visited Blue Shark this past Saturday and it was an amazing experience. There was live music which was fun and the food always came out hot and pretty fast! I got the Big Tex with fries which did not disappoint, definitely worth the price for how much they include in the burger! My server was Brooke and she was very helpful and kind and greets you with the biggest smile!

I went to the restaurant on Saturday for Brunch and the food was amazing I got the southwestern egg rolls and they were spectacular my bartender was Amanda and she had the best personality I seen in a while will be back!!

I recently visited Blue Shark and had a pretty good experience. It was clear that our server was new, as there were a few minor hiccups, but the manager and other servers stepped in and provided excellent support. Their teamwork really stood out and ensured that our meal went smoothly. We've been to one of the other locations multiple times before, and the atmosphere and food were exactly the same. I am happy this location is much closer to our house, we will definitely be back!

Servers were unwelcoming and quiet. Bartender copped an attitude when I asked what the service charge was. They charged us to use a debit/credit card. Atmosphere was nice, spacious and lots of tvs, but the service was not good. This place will never make it.

Service was very nice. Food was not great for us or the kids. It still smells like fresh paint. The lights were weirdly bright in some spots and dark in others. With all the other spots on ingersol with similar menus and same or better quality food this place at least had a lot of tvs with sports on plus sound and a lot of open seats.
