Would have given 5 stars on all except for the unsweetened tea. Dirty taste, only bad item. Waiter 2as excellent and apologized for the tea multiple times

It's a Perkins, breakfast is 8/10 but they serve it all day so you can't go wrong!

Ordered take out for 2. No one was at the counter at first and unfortunately there was no bell to ring to let them know I was waiting. However the hostess that came to help was very nice and made sure everything was perfect. Food was also delicious!

I was there for my birthday. My food was not room temperature, the asparagus was burnt, and I didn't get the kind of gravy I asked for. Other family members food was undercooked, and they also did not get what they ordered. This place has gone downhill. The last time I was there, everything was good. I won't be back at this location I will spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. I'm never going to pay for food that was not up to par. I'm not going to argue with you when the food is not done right either and you expect me to pay full price; I'm just not going to waste my time or money there, point blank.

We went there this past Wednesday, Liz the server was very well attended. She always kept our cups full. Even made our kids happy 😊. Liz did an amazing job and it was pretty steady and made sure all of us was happy. We had no complaints we will for sure come back to the Merle Hay Perkins. Our food was hot and was perfect!! PROPS TO THE COOKS!! Even the manager came over and asked how we were doing.

Sheri went above and beyond for our family. She is a true asset to their Management team and store.

I took my Family around 11am for my daughter’s birthday breakfast. out of the multiple times that my family have been coming here this has been by far the worst service and food I’ve gotten from them. My wife and I got hash brown and eggs Sunnyside up, my sunny side came with it popped yolk, and both of our hashbrowns were oil soaked and blonde. After talking to the manager, she remade the hashbrowns and still serve them oil soaked and blonde. My French toast might as well just bring bread warmed up and served Not even browned and my sausage links were barely warm. As a retired Chef I can immediately tell that the cooks that day did not care for the quality of food they were serving. to top it all off after my complaints and my obvious displeasure, I was still charged a full price of $50. we will have to find a new place for our Family to eat breakfast.

The food was very good!! I order off of the 55 plus and it was just right amount of food.
