I went in for a certain pie. They were out of most of the pies I asked for. Finally, I was told they had Heath Cheesecake. They gave me the pie from the display case. It was disgusting. The whipped cream was hard and tasted like the dirty restaurant smell. There were weird dust particles on part of it. I ended up throwing it away. Do better, Perkins.

This store lacks a good general manager that has good people skills. This store ran better when Roberto was running it. Telling a customer a lie about someone not working there anymore telling them they don't work there anymore because she was stealing money not knowing that you were telling her family that. A simple she quit or she no longer works here is way more professional then what she said to these people.

I forgot my earbuds here after eating in, called in and asked if they had them as we were already driving home(far away) and they confirmed they had them so I asked if they could hold them for me to pick up in a couple days and gave them my name and number. Yet when I arrived to get them none of the employees could find them even though they knew what I was talking about and where they had been. Extremely disappointing that $200 are down the drain because the staff could not uphold their promise. I left my phone number again in case they found them and then left. I havent received a call whatsoever after a week. Moral of the story, don't forget your stuff at restaurants and don't trust them to be truthful and hold them. (Pretty unfortunate to have a thief amongst your staff.) On a more positive note, the food and service was overall good, just a little slow.

We had a larger group and all ordered breakfast, items were not made as described, missing ingredients. And all meals were cold and over cooked .. I personally won't go back again..
