“I had my 🍕 delivered .. but I was told "driver is having trouble locating my address" I figured I would have to run outside since the driver couldn't use Google maps very well. It turned out the driver was standing at my stairs, basically at the front door to my apartment complex. I was handed my pizza after that .. ugh. Why can't I get a intelligent driver that doesn't have any trouble locating my apt with my clear instructions to assist them???“
“Customer service at the se 14th St is definitely a zero! Asked for my pizza to be put through again when I got there and got nothing but attitude about it because it was boxed and cut... Let me tell you it was not cut we had to tare it when we got home. They didn't cut our cheese sticks at all! I had to refuse to take my order to get my request completed and even still it came with attitude and flack because the employees who weren't doing anything anyway didn't want to do it! I love the food there too bad for me they are the only one in our area cause it means I get shitty customer service and pay for it!“
“The pizza was great...the location, not so much. Very sketchy area. The restaurant itself was fine, but the strip mall it was in a run down area that didn't look great/safe. I wouldn't go back to.tgis specific location because of that.“
