Arrived 5 minutes before our pickup time. Waited 10 minutes (or more) before a guy told me “Not gonna lie, we got backed up there and your pizza just went in the oven.” I normally wouldn’t mind waiting on a Friday night, but standing there being ignored frustrated me. He gave me a free drink, but they need to pay attention to the customers out front!

This was the best Pizza Hut for the last couple years. I ordered carry out twice and if you do not know the bald head guy is no longer there it looks mostly like the same people but I am questioning that now. Everyone seems stressed out and unhappy. It took way too long for someone to come to the counter the 1st time, no big deal. Today though, a tall guy acknowledged me and carried on. Stated at the heater thing for a good 8/9 minutes, it wasnt even correct. Very disappointed.

So this was a bad experience despite the stars that am giving.

I ordered on the app at 8:30pm this evening for two pies and some breadsticks. A meal my wife has been craving since we have been in the hospital this week having a baby boy. Now that we are home and settled in I said I would order it and have it delivered, so that is what I did. I ordered it and it said it was $39.98 and would be delivered by 9:14. So around 9 I check the app and it says it is now a carry out. So I don’t fuss with it and just drive the 7 minutes to the store. They say they don’t have an order in the system and that I will have to call a number to talk with customer support because the app is not the same as the stores system and they can’t just honor how much was taken out of my bank account. So I call the number and and talk with Linda whom I can barely understand thru her extremely thick Indian accent. She tells me that I will have my money back in my account within two weeks and that there is nothing more she can do with me. ( I do not like Linda she was very unhelpful).

I go back into the store and James met me at the counter and I can only assume that he is the store manager or someone higher up in the Pizza Hut chain. Because he was so helpful. He could tell that I was not happy and that I was having a hard time with all of this malarkey. He was understanding of my situation and made sure to make my reordering process a breeze and not stressfull. But most of all he hustled and made sure everything was right and he did it all with a kind smile on his face. If this man is not a mangager he definitely needs to be considered for the position. Because he handled himself very well even with several other people ordering food and picking up orders while all this was going on.

Shout out to you James! Thanks for making a stressful and frustrating experience into a tolerable one.

This store rude and most unprofessional managers. I know i have accent. I know I am hard to understand but being rude make me feel not welcome to store. Weekend hard for sure but being mean to customer it not okay. Do better make it welcome to all

Iowa Information

My husband called and spoke to a guy who seemed like he didn't want to be at work. I don't know if he was annoyed I was asking my husband to order some other items as well or what. We order all the time. I decided to go pick it up, guess I need to call to see who is a working before I order this was not the sweet guy with the tattoos, most the ladies are decent and I am not sure if it was the guy on the phone but he definitely took his time to help anyone, even own employees.

Pizza was all slanted, and visually looked unappetizing based of the care of it. Asked for cupped pepperonis and got half non cupped. Very glad I didn’t leave a tip because it surely wasn’t deserved

We gave this store another chance, and I am extremely happy to report the team that was working was amazing. Pizza was great quality and 2 different people had confirmed that I had been helped.
Much different than usual for Thursday pickups.

Big New Yorker was the worst pizza I have had in my whole life. Pizza Hut used to be good but this place is disgusting beyond words. They should taste the food they make and I promise they would throw it in the trash

Stopped in the store for an order of breadsticks. I was told it would be an 8 to 10-minute wait. I was fine with that. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. The store was not as clean as I would have liked. The staff was mid. Of course, my breadsticks were hot and fresh. 3/10 I would recommend
