I ordered a thin crust cheese and extra mushroom pizza, boneless lemon pepper chicken wings from pizza hut. It was twenty- five dollars. The pizza was dry and the mushrooms were weird looking. The chicken was dry and hard. On top of that , everything was cold. I heat up the pizza. I bit into a piece of chicken and spit it out.

I placed an order at this place online and after I waited till the ETA pizza didn't show so I called them and the lady on the phone said there isn't any employees at this establishment none to make the pizza none to deliver. What kind of pizza hut doesn't have employees and why did the app allow me to make a purchase to a place that isn't even open

This location has had their fryers down for over an entire month - the pizza hut app does not allow you to choose which store to order delivery from and it defaults to this location due to my address. I was charged for wings back in August that never arrived and even with a ticket opened up I never received a refund or a callback.

Ive never had issues with pizza hut in general besides with this location only. I ordered from this location once and they got the sauce on my pizza wrong(i can’t eat marinara sauce but that’s what they put on there when i ordered something different.) I couldn’t tell until i got home, so i called and called and called the store. nobody answered. Filed a complaint with pizza hut, never heard a word. From then on ordered from a different pizza hut. Well ordered again and somehow it pulled up this location instead of the other one that i don’t have issues with i didn’t even notice until i went to my normal location and had to drive back towards this one . placed the same order i always do and once again they messed it up the sauce that i cannot eat, called them and by a miracle someone answered and said they would talk to their manager and call me back…. surprise nobody ever did. I’ve never had issues with pizza hut besides this location. it’s ridiculous I will 100% make sure to never order from this location again.

Bad experience I ordered my pizza and they did not bother to tell me the store is closed so I just wasted my lunch driving up there and ending up going to work with no food! And called customer service and this girl named earn was horrible soul no help no regard. I'll never go there again. Dominoes all the way

They didn't bring all of my order. I called to get them to bring the rest and they said they would get it done. 1hr later nothing so I call again, get transferred to a "supervisor" and they say the same thing. Another hour goes by and I call again, get hung up on.

We ordered buffalo chicken pizza and got a pizza with pizza with tomatoes in it. Which is unfortunate because my girlfriend is allergic to tomatoes and got sick immediately and no one at the location would answer our call. Could not reccomend less, there is a Domino's down the street. Save yourself the trouble and order there.
Ordered a pizza at 10:45 p.m. for delivery,was told it would be a half hour......a hour went by so I called store back and was told it was closed.Never received a call a pizza or any sort of explanation for the incompetency at this Pizza Hut @ 1600 Euclid Ave. Will NEVER EVER order food from Pizza Hut again I give 0 stars

Our pizza hut has been closed for a great while so I was excited to see it open again. $40 later and one big box dinner I found myself eating mostly just bland tasteless Crust little in the way of toppings or sauce. Even the Cheese was cheap and clumpy not at all stringy. That's not to mention the horrible gut-wrenching gas I had after eating it which mind you I don't have any problem with it any other pizza place other than here. So yeah no thanks I'll just take my business elsewhere

I am glad this location seems to have gotten over the problems from last fall. Tonight was great, and the time from when I placed my order to when it was received was as expected. Last fall i had a delivery that was never received, another that was received wrong and then of course there was no delivery for several months. Thanks for ironing things out.
