No more dine in Pizza Huts in DES MOINES. So we went to Winterset for dine in Pizza Hut. Excellent pizza.

Pizzas we ordered were bare little sauce, light on meat, and crust hard. Fries were over cooked and hard as well. I remember when pizzahut had awesome pizza that even a small pan pizza would fill a grown man because it was thick and filled with sauce and toppings. Not happy and mostlikly won't order again

4 stars for the pizza, which is decent and comes correct-to-order about 8/10 times. -2⭐ for replacing their delivery drivers with DoorDash. So many late deliveries! Use carry-out if you like your pizza HOT!!

Ordered and it never came. Had to call the pizza hut national number to get a refund. The lady I talked to was rude. Strung me along for about 2 hours. Spend your money somewhere else.

The staff here is always nice but I always have to wait 20-25 minutes for my online order when I come at the time it is supposed to be ready. It is very frustrating and not good customer service

Ordered delivery and never got my food. Called an hour after ordering and they said driver is behind schedule. Driver still never showed. Waste of time and money. Just get papa johns further down the road. they've never disappointed.
