The staff here is always nice but I always have to wait 20-25 minutes for my online order when I come at the time it is supposed to be ready. It is very frustrating and not good customer service

Ordered delivery and never got my food. Called an hour after ordering and they said driver is behind schedule. Driver still never showed. Waste of time and money. Just get papa johns further down the road. they've never disappointed.

On top of their own confusion with the computer systems, I was watching food be made with what appeared to be unwashed bare hands. From walking in the door to the time I left, I waited 25 minutes. I delivered the food and the costumer complain the food was cold. I am unsure from waiting so long for fresh food how this could happen. I would never personally order food or for to this store again.

They nevered delivered my pizza. Told me they would reverse the charge on my card and never did. Currently having to do a chargeback on my credit card. Great location if you liked being lied to and robbed.

Burnt food. Rude service.Also, One of the delivery drivers would just sit my pizza on my porch and leave it there without letting me know. But if they did knock they never brought me any change.Never ordering from here again since they are just as bad as Domino's.

This pizza hut uses doordash to make deliveries now which take longer and they don't use heat bags to keep things warm. My delivery didn't arrive until 35 minutes after the driver picked it up from the restaurant. Stone cold pizza when I got it.

I called in, Oct.2023, Nov. 2023 and again Dec. 2023, I usually order at least once a month to have Pizza delivered. They have always done a great job! Everything so far has been correct.

We have ordered from our neighborhood Pizza Hut for 20+ years but no more. Pizza was delivered 50 minutes past the time we were told. Pizza was barely warm and had been over baked. Quality has really gone downhill.

I hadn’t eaten Pizza Hut in years and was really craving the breadsticks. I took a chance and ordered carry out. Well worth it! It was delicious and the staff were great! Will definitely order again.

My pizza took almost 2 hrs to get. There was no delivery driver available so they had a doordash person pick up my order. I live in des moines about 2 miles from the pizza hut, the delivery guy drove all the way to waukee and called me and said he was at the wrong address. So my food was completely cold by the time I got it.... almost 2hrs later.
