I always go to the Pizza Hut on Grand and 63rd. Josh always makes sure my order is correct and made correctly. I wouldn't go to any other Pizza Hut.

I had my 🍕 delivered .. but I was told "driver is having trouble locating my address" I figured I would have to run outside since the driver couldn't use Google maps very well. It turned out the driver was standing at my stairs, basically at the front door to my apartment complex. I was handed my pizza after that .. ugh. Why can't I get a intelligent driver that doesn't have any trouble locating my apt with my clear instructions to assist them???

I'm a driver for DoorDash and evertime I come there a elderly woman that's allways rude to me I came the 1st time I came and grab a oder she was so rude to me I had 2 oders but she was telling me don't drop my pizza in a rude way and I ask her why she's so rude to me and she just act confused and not knowing what I said it's like she don't like Asian people but I don't recommend this Pizza Hut for anyone that's colored .

When it arrived, my order was incorrect, the pizza was half bubbled and overcooked, and when the call center had them send out a replacement pizza, it was still overcooked and bubbled, and the DoorDash driver who delivered expected me to pay him $23 for the replacement. I had to explain to him that I'm not paying anything for it because the restaurant messed up, had to tell him how to tell DoorDash support that it was a mistake replacement. Still tipped him because it wasn't his fault, but man, what an AWFUL experience. Avoid this location and Pizza Hut in general AT ALL COSTS.

The lady working (alone) was rude and snotty.Update after 2+ years. Still consistently the worst Pizza Hut around. Bad service. And have to wait an extra 20 minutes when you get there because it’s not ready. What a joke.

After reading the reviews on here, I almost avoided this location but it is closest to our house and my youngest had a Book It coupon so in we went. I’m glad we did because we experienced friendly staff with great customer service. My son ordered his free personal pizza and we decided to order his older brother a personal pizza as well. They only had one personal pizza crust so the person taking our order (our receipt said our server’s name was Julie) offered to make one a medium at no extra charge. We accepted their offer and after a very short wait, we were on our way home with two piping hot pizzas. Will return in the future!
