“I came in to pick up an online order I had placed through the Cinnabon app. Unfortunately, the order didn’t come through on their end, but Chris was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though it was a busy Saturday with lots of customers, he took care of the issue right away. I only waited about 10 minutes before my order was ready. The whole team—Chris, Tatum, and Lily—was outstanding. My son was even given fresh mini hotdogs while we waited, which made the experience even better. Thank you all for the great service!“
