Puro Puebla is definitely one of the best food trucks in the Des Moines area. The portions are huge, the food is great, and it leaves you craving for more. The owners and staff are very nice people, too. Definitely recommend to those looking for delicious authentic Mexican food.e
I was hesitating and tonight we stop by and “wow” we will definitely go back again. Excellent food we had the enchilada tacos. Delicious flavor, huge portions and fast service. Once you try them you will definitely go back again. Thank you!
This is one of the best food trucks in the Des Moines area. It’s very rare to find a place in Iowa that sells cemitas (traditional tortas from Puebla, Mexico made out of sesame seed bread). The cemitas are packed with food. I recommend the milanesa one!! Their tacos are made of homemade tortillas. You only need one because they are ENORMOUS. Very few Mexican places have good horchata or aguas frescas because they are usually watered down with all the ice. I recommend the agua...
