I love qdoba but sadly the staff is very unwelcoming at this location and make you want to just get your food and leave. all the staff threw my food around and rolled their eyes while having to make my food...

You have to go into the restaurant to get decent food. DO NOT order pick up or delivery, they give you the food that's been sitting all day. In an entire bowl I found 6 pieces of extremely dry burnt chicken.

I went here a week ago and I find myself randomly thinking about how rude the girl who made my meal was. I was there Nov 1st in the evening, I was in a really good mood because I won my sporting event... and she totally soiled my vibe getting salty that I found the doors to be hard to open. She was giving me looks and had an attitude the whole time she was making my meal. The man at the cash register was so nice though, he made up for her horrible aura and even complimented me. Never going here again, she's probably happy about that LOL.

I go to Qdoba at least once a week, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and the portions are generous. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the staff — they’re always so welcoming, kind, and genuinely make you feel appreciated. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to going to for lunch every week. I’ve literally never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

Food was good value. Atmosphere fine, a little sterile. But Fain, at the counter, was a gem. Represented the company very well. Kind, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He should be in a fine dining restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Qdoba location. I politely asked the manager for a half scoop of the spicy chicken just to try it, and I had no issue paying for it. Instead of simply handling the request, the manager escalated the situation unnecessarily. He claimed he didn’t like the way I was speaking (even though I remained calm and respectful), and told me I could leave the store — then proceeded to throw away our food.
I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment over something so minor. It felt like he was looking for a reason to be confrontational rather than providing good customer service. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the brand, and I won’t be for a couple of weeks.

Upon walking in, I was greeted with a friendly hello by ‘Lucas” or the ‘manager’ (kind of tall, wears glasses, works morning/afternoon). I greeted him back and quickly looked down on my phone to retrieve the order information I needed, but I guess he didn’t hear me greet him, so when I looked up from the phone, his whole demeanor changed from when I had walked in. he started giving me a dirty look and also exchanging looks with the young black coworker that was standing there next to him, they literally started talking about me while I was right there as if I can’t read social cues or understand those types of looks or something. the cashier was in the middle of a transaction with someone else so I was just waiting until she was done, but Lucas was just very rude. Angrily told me the cashier would help me out and rolled his eyes at me. (I’m aware obviously since i was waiting for her to finish with another customer anyway). The cashier was rude too, all because Lucas’ demeanor changed and became rude, they all followed in his steps and my interaction with them was very unpleasant. If you didn’t hear someone greet you back, your response shouldn’t be to get disrespectful. Despite them being weird and rude for literally no reason towards me, I still told them to have a good day. And as a manager or team lead or just a simple employee, he should really undergo more customer service training, including the cashier as well. I’ve worked in a food place before, there’s literally no need to be rude to customers if you didn’t hear them greet you back. You’re suppose to make them feel like they can come back to the establishment.

I originally ordered through door dash so I could grab and go. But, I decided to stay and eat. The young man working at the register was not only inviting but very sweet! Food was amazing and the place was clean. Thank you!
