We had them out to our work place in Bondurant last week. The food is delicious, the service was wonderful and very swift. They are so organized, they had our 60 plus employees fed within a 30 minute window. We'll planned! Can't wait to have this again!

If you're Mexican a la Madre, and looking for a good taquiza, skip this food truck. Pros: clean, people willing to work with you, but I should've known when the cashier didn't know what asada tacos were. The salsa wasn't spicy but they did have Cholula... However, we know that Cholula or Valentina in taco is not our first pick. They used CHEDDAR as their cheese! Like, really? I know most of their clientele is American but maybe Chihuahua could've kept everyone happy. Don't expect radishes. The meat was mostly gristle (at least my tacos were). Additionally, the food was overpriced, but this was at the Yankee Doodle Pops event so I get it ... I just wish the tacos would've been more authentic for the price. American palates might appreciate this southwestern style of food better.

I reached out to them about serving food for a company event and they were AMAZING. Very kind people and they did a great job, and their food is delicious! Another food truck bailed on us last minute and Roadside Tacos helped pick up their slack and ended up serving more people than anticipated. No one left hungry. I will definitely keep them in mind for future events!

My employer hired them for a corporate event. We have lots of operations employees who have only a 30 minute lunch break. They got everyone through the line quickly and efficiently we heard nothing but positive about the delicious food! The nachos ran out towards the end because so many were ordering them. Will definitely ask for hem to come back!

Staff was overwhelmed by the crowd. My name was called, but then they told me they made a mistake and I would be up soon. Then they called my name and started handing me nachos I didn't order. I told them that and stepped back to wait.I waited another ten minutes directly in front and watched others get their food. When I asked where my order was, they handed it to me and said they called my name earlier. When I disagreed, they got the others in line (who weren't even there ten minutes before) to agree with her. First of all, they didn't even have to say anything. I would have taken my food and left. Secondly, why wouldn't you shout out people's names again when there's food getting cold? I stood and watched the staff fumble through tickets all night, but their first instinct is to try to publicly pin it on me?On top of it all, the tacos weren't even good and way overpriced
