No customer service whatsoever. only 2 tables and they focus so much in one that they never bothered to ask if I needed more water or anything for that matter. I was behind that table lol. Food was ok nothing special for their prices.Won't be coming back for sure. Tsing tsao sorry for cheating on you.

I walked into this place for the first time tonight, a little apprehensive since I am not familiar with the cuisine and not wanting to bother anyone with too many questions. Jasper greeted me right away and set me up at a table, and was very attentive, helpful and personable. He answered my questions and checked if certain ingredients were okay before placing the order. I had shrimp spring rolls and Pho Special, and everything was absolutely perfect. Between the serving sizes, temperature and amazing flavors, I was overall extremely impressed with this establishment. I will 100% be back!!!!

We had not been here for a couple of years. The food is not as good as it used to be. It was very average. Small portions. Quite disappointing. I will say the staff was very nice.

Great food! Great Service! Always a warm welcome and automatically greeted! Small dining area but very comfortable. Highly recommend the riblets, papaya, and the millionaire soup! Prices were great . Keep in mind it's alot of food. Will definitely be back!
Vegetarian options: They are very helpful with restrictions!
Dietary restrictions: VERY ACCOMMODATING
Parking: Best spot to park is in the lot behind the restaurant and enter through that door.
Kid-friendliness: Booths and high chairs available, along with a candy machine.

My wife and I continue our ongoing search for a good Chinese restaurant in Des Moines, and have come away disappointed yet again. It wasn't horrible, but the food was nothing special and the service kind of sucked. Definitely not recommended for vegetarians like my wife. The first impression as already bad. We sat down at a four-top so that we could sit next to each other instead of across, as we prefer. There were many empty tables, so we didn't think it would be a problem. We were asked to move to a smaller table, and not politely. The new table was sticky. We asked that it be cleaned. The waitress gave it a quick wipe with a wet rag. Still sticky. When I asked the waitress about vegetarian options on the menu, she didn't seem to know much, and got the chef. The chef was unaware that vegetarians don't eat fish, which is always a huge red flag. How can I trust that the food I'm buying my wife is actually vegetarian if the person making it doesn't understand the basic definition of vegetarian? We determined that all the Thai dishes have fish and/or oyster paste in them, which is not uncommon, so that's all out. We were more surprised to find that most of the Chinese dishes also had non-vegetarian sauces. There were only a couple of entrees to pick from, and she ended up with Tofu Fried Rice. There are other options out there with food that is at least as good, at lower prices, with better service, so we won't be coming back.
Vegetarian options: Few options that are not clearly labeled. Just because you replace the meat with Tofu does not mean that the dish is vegetarian.
