Patio was prime for frosters. 5 stars.
Some of the best English fare I have had. Has the Guinness Stew and it was so delicious. Very fun atmosphere, wasn’t too loud so our family could have a nice conversation over dinner. Serve was great too!
Amazing whiskey choices
Everything was clean, warm, and welcoming.
This place had been highly recommended to me since I moved here. It did not disappoint! Friendly staff. Food was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
I ordered fish & chips, Caesar salad, and a cup of beef stew for take-out. I arrived about 5min after it was supposed to be ready and my walk back to the hotel was another 5min. The fish was packaged under the fries, rendering away any crisp that might have been on the fish. Five lovely pieces! All stuck together in a soft mushy pile. The salad is limp, but edible. The stew is somehow room temp? Pretty disappointing since this food is usually fool proof. My guess is it’s great if you get it in the pub along with a beer.
Food sucked you need to pay attention to people that have food allergies all I could buy was a bowl of soup because everything else had bread in it the waitress said they'll take my croutons off guess what that's not gluten-free
Ate dinner here before a show, parked across the street for $8 for the entire day/night. Easily walked to Wells Fargo from the royal mile. Great food, great service will definitely be back.
What an experience. Outstanding staff, the drinks were great and the prices were perfect. Big home run.

Excellente service! We had some special requests that were met with a smile!
Pub atmosphere.
We had the fish n chips, Royal Roast beef, and the Earl.
My aunt gave the fish and chips a 9 of 10!!
My sister had the Earl with curry rice.
The sandwich was good, but that rice...!!! Good balance of spices in the curry rice!
I had the Royal Roast Beef. The sandwich was good! Thin sliced, not dry Roast beef with melted Cheddar. I asked for the horseradish on the side. It's a horseradish sauce. Not just horseradish. Not strong flavored. It was good and mixed well with the Mac n cheese side I had.

The food was outstanding, and the drinks were interesting and varied. The ciders in particular were our favorites on both visits. Deal's Blackberry was great and local.

Very cozy, classy English pub. To be fair we only had fries and curry but there many other things on the menu that look great. We will be back to try them. Drinks were brought out quick and correct. Staff checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything at all. Definitely a winner in our book.
