90% of the time my order is medded up and they do nothing to fix it. People on the headset are rude and impatient all the time. All around the worst scooters in town.

Sign said open, website said they were open. Sat in the drive through for several minutes, even made a noise in case they didn't know I was there. Apparently they weren't interested in taking my order. As I drove out, I could clearly see someone standing inside the store. I guess they didn't want to take my order.

I go to Scooter’s religiously and love all locations. Never had any negative experience until today. Girl had an attitude as soon as I started ordering. She butchered some of my drinks but no big deal, I assumed it was just harder to hear with all the outside noises. I ordered 5 drinks, 2 of the drinks were the same. When I got to the window, she handed me 4 drinks. I was trying to flag her down at the window but she disappeared so I went to the drive thru again.
Two things could’ve happened here. If she didn’t hear my order correctly and only charged me for 4, cool- I’ll place another order. If she charged me for 5, also cool- I’m just trying to get my 5th drink. Told her at the drive thru I ordered 5 drinks and I’m missing one— She didn’t hand me a receipt the first time so of course I had no idea if she forgot my drink or if I needed to order another drink. Either way was fine and I was polite through and through. Nope, didn’t offer a solution and instead gave a snarky “No you didn’t. You ordered 4 and you got 4” response. Whatever, I’m not gonna sit and argue at a drive thru so I still placed my order. When I got to the window and she handed my last receipt and said “Here’s proof you ordered 4 drinks” like I accused her of any wrongdoing. I didn’t bother saying anything else because why argue with someone who only wants to be right! The nasty attitude was unnecessary and gross especially when this was easily fixable. I hope you have a better day girl!

Fast and friendly! The carmelicious coffees are my favorite - iced, blended, AND hot.
The tomato and feta omelet bites are insanely delicious- and are a good portion size in my opinion.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option for the omelette bites. Assortment of rolls, muffins, cookies, bagels, donuts, etc.

I ordered through app 2 3 mini donuts and received 5 mini donuts and 1 bithday cake cookie? And the time it took to make my order could've been shorter considering there was no line, for the donuts I had they tasted good, and the coffee was good too except for having the wrong size lid.
