I ordered through app 2 3 mini donuts and received 5 mini donuts and 1 bithday cake cookie? And the time it took to make my order could've been shorter considering there was no line, for the donuts I had they tasted good, and the coffee was good too except for having the wrong size lid.

Stopped at 3:40 pm today. Seemed like only one person working. Ordered 2 hot drinks- mediums- long wait to order and to get to window. No greeting. Didn’t say how much we owed. Gave her my card got one cold drink - wasn’t ours - she just looked at us. I sat there waiting for mine. She asked what else we had - I told her. She said (lied) that she only charged me for one drink. Taking the high road I said forget it and we left. She lied - she charged me $12.09. Scooters owes me $12.09. Don’t give me a credit - because I am never coming back. Get rid of your dishonest employee with the 2 inch purple fingernails.

After coming from the other Scooters on E. Euclid, I decided to try this one for some to go coffee! But they told me they didnt have any available. This is my review that I left on the other Scooters: I'm deeply frustrated because, once again, the fast food sector has let me down, and this time, it's the coffee industry's turn. I was in desperate need of coffee for a late-night meeting with around 20 people. As I sat in my car, pondering which coffee shop could provide coffee for catering on the go, it hit me: "Scooter's Coffee! Of course!" Among all the places I considered, Scooter's came to mind first. I could've opted for Starbucks, Panera, or Dunkin' Donuts, but I chose to head to Scooter's drive-through instead. To my dismay, they didn't offer gallon-sized coffees to go. I was astounded. "Are you serious? A coffee shop that doesn't provide 1-gallon coffee to go?" At a moment when I most needed it, the coffee shop disappointed me. I ended up having to buy coffee from a supermarket. It baffles me why a coffee shop would choose not to offer bulk coffee to go. It's a significant missed opportunity for business.

I'm told they have good coffee, and I like their smoothies. Every time I've stopped at a Scooters in the last 6 months, they're always out.od cake bites, however; not sure why they still have them in the menu if they cannot actually keep them stocked.
Will not be returning. I have came to this location twice this week to see the same man working, who has awful hygiene. Smells so awful I can smell it from my car which truly makes me worry about how unsanitary this location could be. If you value your regular customers I’d recommend talking to this employee about his

They messed up my two medium drinks charge me $24 but finalize the $20 had no extra almond milk or anything special about it. Just two medium blended drinks. And it keeps sending me their email address to get it fixed but they’re not fixing it or refunding it this is not the first time, but usually I don’t really care but it’s connected to a different card so be aware of your charges and get a receipt.

Pulled in to get a coffee. Got locked into this drive thru for HALF AN HOUR. There were only four cars ahead of us. I have no idea what is going on with this location. The coffee doesn't taste right either it's crazy water-y. Absolutely cannot recommend more that you go somewhere else for coffee.There is another Scooters about a mile north. It will literally be faster for you to drive out of your way to the other location than to wait in line here.
