A bend at the window twice.Trying to place order.There's some girl with a hair slick back cleaning inside. She walks to the front and then walk to the back.Ignoring me standing at the window. She seem not interested in serving someone cause she by herself. She ignored the phone call as well. As I try to get her attention at window.

Never in my life have I pulled up to a drive thru speaker and hear “give me a sec” ?? You’re kidding me.. later I came to find out this lady’s name was Helen. I get up to the window and after ordering a LARGE I was handed a medium… okay. I ask if my sister was there and she rolls her eyes and says “yea.” Fast forward, my sister tries to ease the awkward situation by asking if her and I look alike, Helen rolls her eyes again and muttered something under her breath, I’m not entirely sure what. She walks away and my sister warns me that I should probably just wait for her shift to end to see me because Helen will get mad I’m sitting there… I’m sorry, but your drive thru was empty!! I wasn’t doing any harm chatting to my sister. As my sister’s shift comes to an end she walks to take out the trash, (that only she takes out because Helen makes her do it every shift) and asks me if I saw Helen walk away. This is because no one can find her. Interesting you’re a shift lead, but disappear on your coworkers. Do better scooters!!!

I don’t know what has changed here or who y’all hired, but I will not be returning to this location! One thing I always see Scooters advertise is consistency, and that has not been the case. To preface this review, I’ve been a customer at this particular scooters for well over a year, with the same order every time. After returning drinks on multiple occasions over the last month or so, I decided to start paying for an extra shot of espresso- just to avoid having to send back drinks that taste like they didn’t have coffee in the first place. Today was the last straw. I went and got the same thing as always- peanut butter crunch blended (with an extra shot so it would taste the way it’s supposed to), and the drink I received tasted like a peanut butter smoothie. It was disgusting! I asked for a refund, to which she said she does not know how to do. They re-made it and the next time around it tasted bitter, like it didn’t have any peanut butter at all. I got my refund after that, but it’s honesty so irritating to have to send back drinks or ask for a refund in the first place. The coffee has not been consistent here, and I’ve been spending extra just for it to taste normal up until now. Not to mention this location refuses to take $50’s because they “aren’t allowed to”? Ridiculous. Oh and in case you’re wondering, I went to a different location after I left this one today, got my peanut butter crunch blender and it tasted normal! Without having to get an extra shot. Please do better, if I’m paying $7 for a coffee I expect it to be consistent, and most importantly I expect it to actually taste like coffee!!!!!

Drive thru coffee... I like the coffee/ coffee drinks here. Way better and not bitter like another big bucks coffee place. Staff is always friendly. Rewards system

do not go to this location its awful. MOBILE ORDERED my drink this morning and got in the drive through about 5 minutes later at 6:15, with one car ahead of me. i did not get out of the drive through until 6:35. when i got the drink it was warm (it was supposed to be an iced coffee) and not even all the way full. 20 minutes for a drink that was ordered ahead of time is ridiculous, especially considering the car in front of me only had one drink as well and there was 3 employees working at the time. i dont even be leaving reviews but this is the first time ive ever been compelled to because it was just that bad. do better.

I'm deeply frustrated because, once again, the fast food sector has let me down, and this time, it's the coffee industry's turn. I was in desperate need of coffee for a late-night meeting with around 20 people. As I sat in my car, pondering which coffee shop could provide coffee for catering on the go, it hit me: "Scooter's Coffee! Of course!" Among all the places I considered, Scooter's came to mind first. I could've opted for Starbucks, Panera, or Dunkin' Donuts, but I chose to head to Scooter's drive-through instead. To my dismay, they didn't offer gallon-sized coffees to go. I was astounded. "Are you serious? A coffee shop that doesn't provide 1-gallon coffee to go?" At a moment when I most needed it, the coffee shop disappointed me. I ended up having to buy coffee from a supermarket. It baffles me why a coffee shop would choose not to offer bulk coffee to go. It's a significant missed opportunity for business.

Went through the drive throw and ordered a drink with extra shot. Drink did not taste like coffee, more like a cup full of just sugar. There were at least 10 people in there and only saw 3 baristas actually working and the rest were just standing around. The person at the window handed me the drink with no straw. I waited for a straw for at least a minute and I said thank you only for the girl to give me a dirty look and not say nothing back to me. Very rude and unprofessional at this scooters.

I had an amazing experience at the drive through with this cool lady that served us coffee with a smile care and positive. An amazing way to start the afternoon good job to who ever you were that served us at around 1:10 in the afternoon.

Always takes 20 mins to get the order and out. I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and they took 20 minutes to mess the order up. I left and threw it away because I was tired of sitting in the drive through. Second time with similar service. I would not recommend going to this location unless you have 3 hours of free time and patience. Disappointed is an understatement. Higher better management.
