I went over today and got a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and got home and immediately dropped it on my kitchen floor. I called and Chelsea (I hope I’m spelling her name right.) agreed to remake my drink even though they didn’t have to. Thanks Scooters on Euclid Crew! 😁 I really appreciate it.

Grabbed an iced coffee this morning while running errands. The staff was super friendly and polite. It's been a while since I've been to this location. 9/10 I would recommend

Order time was super short. And there was no line. I ordered a small and medium 'carmelicius cream cold brew' and when I got to the window they made a medium and large on accident which we got for the price of a small and medium, so that was nice. Also employees were nice

Stick to Starbucks! Sat at the drive through menu screen for over 5 minutes (6:30am) no one acknowledged our presence. Called the store and was met with an extremely confrontational and ridiculously rude person who blamed it on us being two far from the speaker? So we asked to just place the order and the person actually came outside and started a verbal altercation. WOW, what a way to start our day. Probably avoid this joint.
