I'm deeply frustrated because, once again, the fast food sector has let me down, and this time, it's the coffee industry's turn. I was in desperate need of coffee for a late-night meeting with around 20 people. As I sat in my car, pondering which coffee shop could provide coffee for catering on the go, it hit me: "Scooter's Coffee! Of course!" Among all the places I considered, Scooter's came to mind first. I could've opted for Starbucks, Panera, or Dunkin' Donuts, but I chose to head to Scooter's drive-through instead. To my dismay, they didn't offer gallon-sized coffees to go. I was astounded. "Are you serious? A coffee shop that doesn't provide 1-gallon coffee to go?" At a moment when I most needed it, the coffee shop disappointed me. I ended up having to buy coffee from a supermarket. It baffles me why a coffee shop would choose not to offer bulk coffee to go. It's a significant missed opportunity for business.

Went through the drive throw and ordered a drink with extra shot. Drink did not taste like coffee, more like a cup full of just sugar. There were at least 10 people in there and only saw 3 baristas actually working and the rest were just standing around. The person at the window handed me the drink with no straw. I waited for a straw for at least a minute and I said thank you only for the girl to give me a dirty look and not say nothing back to me. Very rude and unprofessional at this scooters.

I had an amazing experience at the drive through with this cool lady that served us coffee with a smile care and positive. An amazing way to start the afternoon good job to who ever you were that served us at around 1:10 in the afternoon.

Always takes 20 mins to get the order and out. I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and they took 20 minutes to mess the order up. I left and threw it away because I was tired of sitting in the drive through. Second time with similar service. I would not recommend going to this location unless you have 3 hours of free time and patience. Disappointed is an understatement. Higher better management.

I'm told they have good coffee, and I like their smoothies. Every time I've stopped at a Scooters in the last 6 months, they're always out.od cake bites, however; not sure why they still have them in the menu if they cannot actually keep them stocked.

Stopped for my matcha smoothie spent $10 on a smoothie and a cookie and my smoothie has no flavor. I should’ve read the reviews before stopping. Plus they were out of mini donuts current promotion and they were out. The lady was kinda nice nothing that stood out like the other scooters I normally visit.

Literally brews one pot of the flavor of the day and then when it runs out the employee refuses to make more. Like doesn't your company want the sale?

Parking: a lot of people, walk up to the speaker. I believe there should be a window to walk up too. Because there's a lot of kids and bus riders. The crew was amazing.

Went through the drive thru. Only been to a scooters once so I wasn’t sure on what to get right away. The employee asked what I wanted but I politely told her “one minute” she waited a few seconds and sternly asked if I needed help almost like she was annoyed or trying to rush me so I just randomly chose something quick. (There was nobody behind me nor was it busy) anyway besides that the sandwich/drink was good not great but good. Needs work on customer service and patience
