The crab Rangoon are a 10. Fried Dumplings and the sauce were a 10. Egg drop soup was good. The chicken was tasteless and tough. It looked like it was going to be awesome, but lacked flavor. I would go back to try the hot sour soup and something different on the menu. The lady at the register was polite and the food came out quick.
Ordered at counter for carry out. She seemed overwhelmed . Two people waiting fir orders one picking up and myself. First noticed new owners maybe? Prices have gone up maybe $2. Plus! Got food quickly. Food had little flavor. Egg rolls were plain with no flavor as well. I liked that there were veggies , cabbage, onions in lo mein but no flavor to them.

Take out from Shang Yuen is good. I like the mushroom beef, my wife likes the chicken with vegetables, and my son likes the General Tso's Chicken. The portions are large so we always have leftovers.
