This is, hands down, one of our favorite places. We are here easily once a week. The food is always consistently great, the service is always wonderful, and we are always treated like family! Alicia is always great and makes us feel automatically welcome. We love it here and can't say enough about the great service we receive every time we are here. I've brought family and friends to celebrate special events here and they've all been delighted! Love it!

There is very little waiting area & we’re on wait every time we go here as it seems very popular. The food was pretty good. Greeter, young man who sat us and waitress were friendly. Just too crowded - feel packed in there like sardines when we go. Not sure it’s worth the wait or the price.

This is a very hard place to get into. It's always jam-packed but if you go early or late you will definitely get a seat. My favorite waitress is Talia. She's an amazing person and I always get the very best service. Because I'm a creature of habit, she knows exactly what I'm going to order before I even start and my drinks are always there when I arrive. This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and it suits couples and people who want to sit at the bar as well. I don't often see children in this establishment. It's great for date night or small groups enjoying themselves out. The food here is absolutely amazing. I would drive across town for this food. Hell I would probably drive out of town for this food. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained as are the restrooms. This is a very small restaurant parking to suit the amount of patrons. They do not take reservations. Friday and Saturday are their busiest days. And as you would expect, 5:00 and 6:00 are they're busiest hours. I suggest coming earlier or later to get a seat without a lineup. If you're willing to wait, it's worth the while. I promise you.

Loved the old school supper club atmosphere. Food and service were both excellent. We plan to become regulars at Skips.

I met a friend whom I hadn’t seen in probably 30+ years for lunch. We had the best time catching up and stayed way past what should have been a normal lunch hour. (Kudos to Skip’s for not closing at 2pm. We could’ve stayed right there until dinner time and ate again!) I really wish I could remember our waitress’ name as she was great! I had the lemon and dill cod (which was outstanding) and a huge side salad. My friend had a blackened salmon and the most (and beautiful) steamed veggies I’ve ever seen on a plate. It was a great afternoon and we want to do it again soon. We both agreed it would be hard to top Skips so that’s likely where our next lunch will be too!

The food that we had. Pecan crusted chicken tenders, shrimp lemon pasta, blackened salmon and pasta creole was divine! The homemade key lime pie was awesome too! The service was great, atmosphere great as well. Was so glad I chose this gem. 💖💖

We visited Skips on January 2nd for a lunch date after hearing nothing but positive things. Our visit ended up stretching close to two hours, for reasons that weren’t entirely clear, but it wasn’t enough to put me off. The food and drinks were good overall, and the experience was still enjoyable. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich. The flavor was solid, though the meat-to-bun ratio was a little off, with more bun than I would’ve liked. Even with that, I’d happily go back and would recommend it, especially if you’re not in a hurry.

Great food and service. This is a pricier place to eat, but I think it's an excellent spot to go for a date night.
