Old school,red and white checkered, best place to get a tenderloin in Des Moines. Remember going to this restaurant, different location back in the 60's. And not much has changed.

Smitty's has been around since 1952 it's. Just went through several Generations. Still owned by the same people. Their king and queen tenderloins are as good as ever. Just not enough room inside to seats everyone

Something was different, and little off. We try and make it a monthly pleasure, but this time the tenderloins and onion rings had a different flavor then we remembered. Im not one to not finish what I started, but I couldn't finish my lunch.
