The dinner was a birthday celebration. The service, food, and ambiance were great. I truly has a treat.

The service here is awesome from the hostess that took us to our table to the waitress (Amber) Our waitress was probably one of the best ones we have ever had. Explained things to us and was very attentive but not overly! We would defiantly go back to have dinner here and I hope we get the same waitress. The food was fantastic. Prepared perfect and the flavor was outstanding! If you haven't been to Splash you should go. Also the atmosphere is very nice and elegant. I really can't say enough about our experience at Splash.

Stopped here for dinner before a show at Civic Center. Wasn't overly busy, service was great, and food was very good. Great location for meal before a show.

Amazing per usual! Rib eye was a little on the dryer side than what was ordered but still phenomenal! Our server Julie was super sweet and attentive even with a high volume of customers during NYE

We try to come here every year around our son's birthday. We went on our first date there after losing him, and they had comped our meal and taken wonderful care of us. That kindness has stayed with us through some of our darkest moments. We love coming here. We don't visit often, but we make an effort to come once a year.

The food and overall experience was 5 Stars as usual. Splash never disappoints. Our server Amber was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without any sense of hovering. The Crab Cake appetizer is amazing. The Chilean Sea Bass was absolutely perfectly prepared. We have been dining at Splash for years and are never disappointed.

We stopped by Splash before a show at the Civic Center this week. I had the crab bisque, swordfish and creme brulee. My wife had the garden salad, swordfish and key lime pie. Everything was very tasty and served piping hot (except for the pie and creme brulee 😁). Service was terrific and the waitress made sure we were done in time to make the curtain. We'll definitely be back.

Loved the Splash dining experience. We had 8 ounce filet mignon, our friend had a chicken entree. The salads and soups were delicious. The steaks were prepared perfectly, tender, not over cooked, savory. Green beans were especially flavorful, not overcooked, and sprinkled with bacon bits. The sauce with the chicken smelled scrumptious and our friend didn't even need a knife to cut pieces off to eat--tender and melt in your mouth. Wine choices matched the meal well. the garlic mashed potatoes were moist, and tasty. Sauteed mushrooms accented the steaks. We can't wait to return for another meal. Wait staff were attentive and took good care of us to ensure we were able to leave on time for the symphony afterwards.

We got the chicken with garlic mashed potato, seasonal squash with riccotta, charcuterie board, salmon with broccolini, lobster wontons and creme brulea. So yummy! The vibes and decoration really adds to the experiance! We were pasaing through from Superior, WI but I'm definatly going to come back. Worth the trip! (Also the parking ramp behind was only 1$ per hour!)

We arrived for a pre concert dinner at 5:45p and didn't receive our food until 7:15. We had less than 10 minutes to eat it before we needed to leave. The restaurant should consider offering a limited menu that the kitchen can better handle on concert nights, or take fewer reservations. Given that the restaurant publicizes that they are a Wine Spectator award winner, we were disappointed in the wine selection and surprised that our server (who was trying hard) was not properly trained on wine service. I asked for the manager's card to send feedback instead of sharing my experience more broadly, but it was not provided.
