Haven't been to Mercy Hospital since Jan 2016. An event took us to the ER and I was so thankful the Starbucks was still there. Unfortunately we were at the hospital for 9 hours. Looking forward to a breakfast burrito I walked over at 635p, web sais they're open until 7p. This was not the case. Starbucks closed early and not to be dramatic, put a big damper on the evening. Please change the hours of operation online so people aren't wasting their time.

Cashier rude, when people are at hospital they are already going through a lot. Don’t need to be treated bad. Order incorrect!
If you don’t have business inside the hospital you can’t go to the Starbucks inside that's what the receptionist told me ?? I couldn’t get my coffee ☕️
In the hospital. Fast & friendly service.
Slow, the quality is not to much. Not smiling.

It's a very busy place often with long lines. to be fair to them I think they're having a difficult time keeping good experienced baristas which slows them down. it may be a symptom of the actual company or it could be just a difficulty in getting good baristas. I've been there a few times usually it's pretty simple when you just ask for a black dark roast if they have it, but sometimes I want to dry cappuccino and I had a difficulty trying to explain to someone what that actually meant. I will say after I did explain it to them they got it. Anyway if you go in there with reasonable expectations it's not an independently owned coffee shop and they're usually busy you should be okay.

I didn't have any of their products, but while waiting for a family member to get out of surgery there was a VERY loud employee working. It wasn't bad when she was greeting her customers, but having to hear all about the people she works with that need days off, or how annoying someone was that was texting her, and her swearing was a bit much. People that are waiting are stressed enough, but hearing her loud voice was even more nerve-wracking! Very unprofessional!
I don't drink coffee but I bought a breakfast sandwich and got a cup of ice. Service was great.
Nice gal working there.
The Gentleman that was working on May 19th around 2pm at the Mercy Medical Center Hospital, I did not get his name, but he gave us free coffee because I was in the restroom and my husband only had cash. I paid with my card as soon as I came out but thank you for your thoughtfulness, we were going through a very hard time and we want you to know it is little things like that, that matter most to people in difficult times. thank you
Ignore any negetive comments about this place , THEY ALL KNOW HOW TO MAKE DARN GOOD COFFEE! believe me I've been to A TON of starbucks , yes the line gets long because nurses and docs need thier coffee but the staff IS AMAZING AND FRIENDLY and they have the best cold foam , believe me when I say these drinks can be messed up because every where else I go they don't seem to understand how to do it.. anyway GOOD JOB MERCY STARBUCKS TEAM???
