Very convenient location ruined by poor management and staffing. Order is never correct when I’ve come here.
This location has gone down hill the last month. I normally don't complain but it's a drastic change. They rarely get my order right anymore and at times I haven't even been able to drink the coffee it tasted so bad. They left me sitting at the drive-up for almost 10 minutes one time. When they finally opened the window they told me they couldn't find my order in the system. I was the only car in the drive up. I used to go there anywhere from 4 to 6 times a week. So you can imagine how much money I spent. Sometimes twice a day. But I have finally gave up and I'm not going there anymore.😢😢

I've always loved this location and am so happy they take the app now. I wanted to give a shout out to the team working the late morning (11am hour) of 9/7. There was a deal going on, so they had a LOT of orders coming in. I didn't notice til after my order that something had rung up wrong, but the team took the time to make it right and were so kind through the process. Drinks tasted great too! The only thing to note about this location for visitors - the bathroom is in the Fast and Fresh rather than the Starbucks. It's mildly inconvenient but not a big deal, and I'd still recommend the spot for the wonderful team and spacious seating.
Micah doesn’t want to make a drink that I’ve ordered hundreds of times from other Starbucks including her own location. What’s the problem with light ice. She wants to sell you an $8 dollar cup of ice.

This morning I ordered a GR BR SGR OTM ESP BLONDE ESPRESSO W/ NO ICE / ADDED COLD FOAM & CARAMEL DRIZZLE. This drink is my regular. However I though I’ll try something different by removing the ICE. After I drove off I immediately began to taste my drink and noticed a difference right away. It taste more milkier than usual. Because I was on a time limit I decided to come into the store for answer. A lady by the name MENA approached me. Right away I new she was going to give me a hard time just by the look on her face. I responded by saying my drink tastes more milkier than usual. MENA response was “ WELL YOU ORDER THIS DRINK AND THATS WHAT YOU GOT” her body language and neck rolling and facial expressions as if she was fed up with her job it self was unsettling. However, immediately another employee by the name of Jessica politely engaged with a very soft tone and begin to explain to me what my drink consisted of and the reason why it tasted more milkier. She explained that because there was no ice they had to make up for it by adding more milk. She than offered to remake my drink and to add ice if I would like. While Jessica was explaining this info MENA was talking over her with the same nasty attitude. I politely put one finger up to silence MENA. I than ask Jessica to continue on. MENA walked away and headed to the back room with another employee by the name AMNA. They later came back out laughing and started talking about AMNA car accident over the weekend. The conversation took place at the front counter where customers like myself placed orders. Within this conversation MENA AND AMNA were dropping the F bomb as well as the B bomb several times as if I was not sitting there and other customers were not in the store. As Jessica continue her professionalism these two ladies had no care in the world and were very toxic and unprofessional. I’m sure this is not what Starbucks represents or stands for. Over all I just wanted to bring to Starbucks attention how JESSICA engaged and professional she was during this time. Because of her I am more than happy to continue coming to this location. However, the other two ladies MENA and AMNA made my experience terrible coming inside the store. I hope a coaching is provided to these two ladies. I’m ver sure there like this on a regular and MENA is nasty towards all customers who have complaints. I want to say again JESSICA thank you and I hope your mangers or higher ups gives you the recognition you deserve as well and because of you I’ll give a 3 rating. Due to the two unprofessional ladies Is why my rating was not a 5
