The drinks are always delicious but the staff here made my day!!
I have had the worst experience with this Starbucks over the last 2 days. Usually they are great. I order using the app on 8/29/24 and I asked for light ice, no cinnamon, and 6 shots of espresso. My cup was full of ice and there was cinnamon, and you could not taste the espresso. Unfortunately I did not have time to get it corrected because I was on my way to work. On 8/30/24, I ordered the same drink using the app with the same requests and I received a cup full of ice and milk. I’m so disappointed in this store right now.

Came here to do some work and have a coffee. Nice and quiet and the staff was nice and friendly! Would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

To agree with another review, management is racist, comments about music, customers, and employees are common. Multiple employees and a few customers have pointed it out to and in front of sherman associates management (they own this sbux) and they do not care.

Most of the staff here are great individuals, my order was incorrect and once I brought it to their attention they fixed it right away. Too bad the boss and owner are racist. I saw the owner (Karen is her name?) treat me significantly different, A person of color, then the white people behind me in line.

I'm in there every work day and have been since the late 1940's it feels like. Every single day I receive amazing service. They know you by name, and treat you amazingly well. I cannot say enough about Rhi, Maren, Sam, and the rest. It's the best way to start my day: caffeine and customer service.
