Asked for a hot Carmel latte with extra foam. I looked at the order and it said cold foam so i stated i wanted normal foam. She then says this is and i say no foam from steamed milk and she says this is… steamed milk shouldn’t be cold.
This Starbucks is truly AMAZING! The staff is always so kind and everything is always clean. The manager is awesome and so insanely kind. Definitely recommend coming to this location 😇
I've never left a google review but feel the need to after stopping into this specific location. All of the employee's were so kind and ready to help! It was super busy so the wait was longer than normal. My order was wrong, I ordered an iced and received a hot but I just don't think the lady that took my order heard me, which is okay! I still like my matcha hot as well.
