I go thru the drive thru and ask for a French vanilla cappuccino and let me say it was just down right to sweet to even drink and it wasn't a cappuccino at all

Used to be reliable. Now they have messed up my order 3 times in a row and the quality has suddenly gone downhill.

The price & accuracy of my order seems to depend on the person taking the order. Within 2 months the same order has risen from $6.90 to $8.08. I'm going to start going to a different location to see if the price varies there like other franchises.

Just passing by and decided to stop by even though they had a long line. We had to repeat out order 4 times, and when we got to the window, we asked him to repeat our order back to us and still wasn't right. Once we were on the same page we paid and got our drinks. And guess what......still not right. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

The manager publicly berated and attacked an employee until she cried all because she was wearing a watch! And when the employee apologized for forgetting about it and brought up her sick baby that's living in the hospital, the manager berated her even more telling her she would not allow her to call in in the future over a sick baby. Absolutely horrific behavior. Please have a conversation with your manager before I do.
