Cant put down the blinds so no matter where you sit you're exposed to the direct sunlight making the atmosphere the worst thing about this place,that being said the workers are nice and helpful

Kenna & Jacob are the BEST baristas EVER! They both made amazing recommendations, their customer service is TOP TIER!
They both work amazingly together just in the ten plus minutes I was there. They’re a vibe!
I will continue to come to this specific location just for the both of them!
They both engaged well with myself and my friend. Truly an amazing experience.

The girls at the drive through have come to know me quite well and today was no exception. I always say I hope you're having a good day to whoever takes my order and the girl who took my order told me she appreciated me asking asked how my day was going and I choked out it was going okay. She and the store know me well enough she could tell I'm having a rough day. I got up to the window and was treated and greeted with such kindness that makes me have faith in humanity still. Their simple act of kindness brought me to tears not because today's weather was crappy or it was just a bad day but Today was an anniversary of the loss of my angel baby a miscarriage and new years eve and day and the day after is always really hard and rough for me since 2023 because of this. So I wanted to come and publicly thank those 2 baristas today your kindness you showed me today brought me away from the edge of the ledge and I appreciated it more than you will ever know or understand.

Dietary restrictions: Able to get stevia and an iced americano which is no classic syrup so very low sugar for diabetic and gastric bypass patients

I wonder if it ever occurred to management to train their staff that the customer is always right. Accusing a customer of "cheating the system", is really rude and inappropriate. I asked for a little more milk and I was told I was cheating the system. Probably won't visit that Starbucks again. I've been getting my same drink at that place and every other Starbucks in the city the same way for 15 years, and never been accused of "cheating the system". I would quit going to Starbucks if I had to change the way I order my drink. The cost is exorbitant as it is.
