I love Stu's BBQ! I have had them cater for me a few times and my whole office has said "This is the best brisket I've ever tasted!" Ely is amazing and always listens to what I ask for. Would recommend ten times over!

First of all I want y'all to know their was ONE man working and he did a fabulous job. This is a hidden gem in DSM! This man was doing everything and his system was down so we had to go get cash and he told us how much ever the fee was he would take off! Like went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience ?. Which we did. Everything tasted great and was so delicious! I love the Mac and cheese! Fiancé and me are stuffed!

Hollywood gave me good service. I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, ranch pasta salad smoked beans and onion rings. Everything was very good. I will go back to this restaurant. There's about 5 more dishes I would like to try.
Wheelchair accessibility: In a food court so should be able to get there in a wheelchair.
Was not provided a receipt. Was told their printer was not working after they accepted my payment. Not happy with them whatsoever.

Stu’s did not provide a receipt after I paid for my food and beverages. Evidently their receipt printer wasn’t working… I contacted Stu’s via social media and they lied and said “We offered written receipts to all customers this weekend”. They most certainly did not offer a receipt to me. I would not recommend Stu’s based on their lack of integrity and failure to provide me with a receipt.

Amazing ribs and pulled pork. Fresh squeezed lemonade is just like they have at the State Fair. Beans and coleslaw are delicious as well. Highly recommend!!!
