I have tried reaching out multiple times, I ordered from this subway and they forgot my chips so the next time i went in i asked if they could give me the chips and they wouldn't. I love subway but this subway is unprofessional

Although they said they took coupons they say they put less ingredients on them to make up the cost! This is ridiculous! The store is not penalized for accepting coupons. They don't get less money in the long run. It's just the local person wanting to stretch product and pinch the life out of a decent product. I will not return! Service horrible food less than expected dirty tables. Plus the fountain drinks task like early flavored water

Looked as if the local homeless hung out inside. Placed an online order, had to go ask for my food as it wasn't in the online order rack, probably due to the homeless hang out spot. I ordered the deluxe meat, definitely got less meat than a regular sandwich not upgraded. Gave the benefit of the doubt and called, just to have them argue like they made it right. Your the only subway in America I have been to that has given such little meat, especially when I have a 2 dollar unchanged! Will definitely be reaching out to subway corporate as I am sure they wouldn't want this place representing their name!

Imagine ordering two different sandwiches and they charge you for two different sandwiches but give you the same exact cheap sandwich your kid orders. Imagine the workers being rude. Imagine them not answering the phone. How is this subway even standing at this point

I used to come to this subway all the time. There are 2 ladies during the day that are great. But I went around 230-3 and the staff is worthless. None of them know what they are doing, they don’t listen and just talk to each other. Make you wait, and are rude.

I came in and used a coupon. Told them what I wanted. This lady said that it wasn't a part of the deal. It was clearly not the same sandwich. Then she tried to rush me out the door. Saying all I wanted was 2. I said no I gotta see what the other person wanted. Then she still tried rushed me out the door. I ordered then they tried to say the coupon was already scanned. It was brand new. I work in customer service and sales. You dont try to rush them out the door like that.
It says they close at 10 on the website and on the signs on their door it says 10:30. I came around 9:50 and they told me they were closed. If the times have changed that needs addressedx

Quite disappointed by my service today , this location is generally my favorite to go to but they majorly slacked today. Didn’t put half of my toppings on either of my sandwiches and seemed very angry and irritated by my presence and had major attitude . The gentleman at the window was very pleasant though.
