This chain has really tanked lately. Portions are getting much smaller and prices are ridiculously high. Got a subway club. It was okay at best. Bread was not fresh. This unit was inside walmart in Altoona Iowa. White chocolate macadamia cookies were good. Best part was the service. Was slow but staff were great. The two ladies helping us were great.

I work 3rd shift at the hospital and normally this is a great place to get food however tonight I ordered and apparently the 24hr restaurant is not open so now I've been waiting an hour for nothing out $$$ and hungry at work 😭. Do better people if you are closed update your mobile order apps, if you're not closed tell your employees to answer the damn phone. I'll be fighting for my refund for sure and telling everyone I know who orders from the hospital

Came into this store and waited 15 minutes and nobody came from the back of the store BUT I COULD HEAR THEM ON THE PHONE they need to be fired their was 3 people in the store and one of the other people kept sending his kid to open door and ring bell THIS FEMALE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO COME OUT OF THE BACK SO I LEFT AND HAD TO GET FOOD SOMEWHERE ELSE SO WRONG guess subway isn't worth my money 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very strange. Filled with juveniles. None are eating. No cars in parking lot. No restroom. Seems to be running something more than just a subway sandwich shop. Food was good though.

Black woman here. I was dropped off here by greyhound and was waiting my Uber. I sat in the lobby of the restaurant for about 10 mins until I asked to use the restroom. I saw that a man had asked to use the restroom about a few mins before me and there was no problem. When asked to use the restroom, the first associate didn’t even greet me just directed her manager to come over. I asked the manager can I use the restroom? The lady lied to my face and told me that I couldn’t use the restroom and that it was policy. I told her that I saw her allow a man to use the restroom, She said that the restrooms were dirty and that the man returned the key because he said that it was dirty. It sounded like bs, but I didn’t give them no problems. I walked outside and ran into the man who they gave the bathroom key to. I asked him was the bathrooms, dirty and did they allow you to use the bathrooms? The man said yes And proceeded to walk back into Subway with me and asked them why didn’t they give me the key when they gave it to him? The manager at the time gave excuses about policy, and the man said you didn’t give me no type of policy when I asked… He asked for the key again and she gave it to him when I went in the bathroom it was spotless. The bathroom was spotless.

$32 for 2 foot longs that wasn’t even good was not it the bree was crunchy and meet was sweet? do no go
I just moved out here this week and my first encounter at this subway was absolutely horrible, the customer service was terrible the employee was on the phone the entire time talking into his air-pod which was very disrespectful and he was only one employee doing the work of 2-3 people, i was in line for about and hour with no reassurance about the entire situation. After getting my food the employee did not say anything to me as i left. I will not be returning to this location until management can get control over there responsibilities or get some help for the night staff this whole situation could’ve been avoided if management planned accordingly.

Got mine and my husband subways messed up with I asked the guy if it was the Supreme meats and it wasn't there was barely any meat on both of our sandwiches would not recommend getting subway from here
