This Subway is a dump!! Came in at 11:00 am and every table was dirty and no paper towels in the restroom. You think you would clean up to start your business day. Pick a different one there are many choices in Des Moines.

I love this subway. The workers are so friendly and they always get my order right. However there seems to be a management problem. The drive-thru has been closed for weeks, either it's broken or they don't have anybody to staff it. Today I went in and was told all of the workers walked out this afternoon. Nobody walks out for no reason. It stinks of poor management. I wish the employees the best of luck.

If I could give 0 I would. There was flys flying on and around the "fresh meat and produce". The lady at the counter was trying to swat them away while I was ordering, you could tell she was trying to be discreet about it but the flys were everywhere. Completely empty venue at 3 in the afternoon and still weren't ready for customers as the whole food bar area was in disarray and poorly managed. Also when I ask for sauce I don't want it blasted with such force it was like a kamahamaha blast of condiments soaking my sub worst than the people on the Titan.Also there was a small wood chip in my wife's chicken bacon ranch samich.

This subway has came along way when the new owners take over n Heather I think she is the new manager but if she is not she need to be cause she is a friendly n a hard worker always on the move n she is always there beside Jamie she is there n friendly but like to seat down a lot n April she is messy n sometimes u have to repeat urself 3 to 4 times thanks so so for everything

The service I received was very prompt, my order was made to satisfaction. I was made to feel very welcomed by Jamie who was my Sandwich artist. Her leadership skills were very impressive along with her desire and commitment to costumer service. I would highly recommend stopping for a sandwich!!!

They don't know how to make a sandwich. Don't turn your back on them. They will put stuff on your sandwich you did not ask for and expect you to still take the sandwich. Oh and they out of almost every fountain drink except coke. They are also super slow. Do not recommend them at all. Better off going across the street and getting something at the gas station.
