Came in Thursday around 11:30 a.m. and the gal working was pretty awesome! She was very kind and attentive to the customers in line. She was busting her butt and I don't think it's fair that any Subway manager would allow their employee to work alone like that. I think you should give her a raise! Her name was Tiarra, I believe.

Service was extremely slow! Took 15 min for 2 six inch sandwiches so my sandwich was cold by the time I paid. There was only one person ahead of me who ordered 2 footlongs. Then the girl adding the toppings was very rude. To top it off they took away the military discount. I will not be back.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had at a subway, EVER. I placed an app order and ended up having to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for my sandwich. Mind you, I didn’t even get to the store til 10 mins after my pickup was marked “ready”. I had to sit and wait for 7 other people’s sandwiches to be made and then I got mine. The app is absolutely pointless if you have to wait over an hr for your sandwiches. The employee was rude and didn’t apologize for the wait or offer up anything. He only began making my sandwich when he saw I was getting agitated. Terrible. I’m going to be placing a complaint online and I speaking to corporate.

Store was closed and still accepted an online order, for delivery by door dash driver accepted the order and said the order was delivered and we obviously never received it. We tried to call the driver multiple times and we also tried to call the store multiple times. We then drove to the store to find out it was closed due to water main break, which is understandable but we are very upset that our money was taken with out a warning or notification that the store was closed at all.

They refunded the money completely the following day
