Didn’t even order. Employees there were straight up disrespectful. They have a restroom there but refuse to let customers use it. How they get away with that is confusing to me. That shows pure laziness and if they are too lazy to clean a bathroom and won’t let customers use it then imagine how they clean the rest of the place.

During the day shift. The sandwiches are great. During the dinner time. That pm shift. Avoid as much as possible! They just don’t listen or just simply don’t care.

Guy behind the counter says bathroom was closed before I could get another word out of my mouth. Just needed to wash my hands since I work with my hands and get dirty. My hands were too dirty, so I turned around and left. I don’t even think the bathroom was closed. They just didn’t want people using it.

I would give a better score, but their bathrooms are not open to customers so you can’t wash your hands or go to the restroom. That seems pretty bad for some more that serves food.

Exceptionally rude.. Bill? The sandwich maker/“manager” was smoking upon arrival.. we ordered 4 foot- longs, all of which are wrong.. not toasted, missing condiments.. asked for managers info, “Bill” said he was the manager.. I then proceeded to ask for his last name, with a rude response, “Google it,” per Bill, “the manager.”Every sandwich is wrong, called and asked for further help, “Bill” hung up on us..Do better, Subway.. Hire appropriate managers and capable employees.Photo of our “Toasted” sandwich.. clearly NOT toasted.

I had ordered a B.L.T footlong I went to take a bite into my sandwich and about swallowed a bone I called the restaurant and they said they didn’t know what to do and how shocked they was when I had said that they didn’t believe me and said I could have just been the bacon but it wasn’t it was a bone. I took the bone to the place and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it and I was frustrated and very mad at that point I do not recommend this restaurant. They could have at least did something about it but nope so ima go ahead and reach out to someone and report this restaurant just horrible service and not much help when I was about to swallow a damn bone from a sandwich they had made like what in the world

The arrogant woman and what had to be a recently promoted or her first management position ever, had an entire attitude about Subway coupons and the fact that her franchise owner just recently no longer accepts them. She was rude, loud, and short. She really needs some coaching and contining education classes on professionalism, human decency, customer service, etc. I mean your salary most likely an hourly wage is not affected by coupon acceptance.And for the franchise owner stop being so cheap. Accept the coupons you get reimbursed and a discounted sub is better than none. After this awful experience I will no longer be eating Subway. It seems the Des Moines franchise owners cannot honor corporate coupons.But I forget we are in 'Merica Profits Over People since 1776.
