I recently visited this Subway for lunch and was genuinely impressed by the positive change in atmosphere. Under the new ownership, you can really feel the difference: the owner actually works side by side with the staff, and it creates a genuinely welcoming and friendly vibe. The team seems happier and more invested, and the quality of the food definitely reflects that. It’s a small change that makes a big difference. Highly recommend stopping by if you want a sandwich made with a little extra care!

We stopped by this Subway around 7:15 p.m., pretty close to closing time, and were greeted by an amazing team — J, and M were absolutely the best! Even though it was the end of their shift, they were super friendly, upbeat, and charismatic. It’s rare to walk into a place close to closing and still get that kind of positive energy and genuine kindness.

The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was great, and you could tell they really take pride in their work and care about their customers. We had a really nice, easygoing conversation with them that made the experience even better.

It’s employees like J and M who make you want to come back — Subway is lucky to have them! They definitely deserve some recognition (and maybe a raise!) for their awesome customer service and positive attitude. 👏

J&M had the most unbelievably good service I have ever had at this subway. Wholesome, good conversation, fast, efficient, and exactly what I asked for!!!!!! Barely a line at 12:30 on a Saturday too which was a huge bonus. But J&M made the experience unforgettable.

I encountered a very awkward situation at the Subway at the 5101 SE 14th location that I wasn't pleased with their service so I went to another location just up the road. I Just wanted to express my gratitude to J&M who both did a wonderful job in fulfilling my order. They both showed awesome customer service and treated me with the utmost respect with the gentleman saying that it cost nothing to be kind to others and he's absolutely right about that in the world we live in right now. After a long day of work and then school clothes shopping for the littles, the last thing I felt like doing was cooking. Decided to swing through subway on our way home. Normally i dont pay too much attention to the people making my food but tonight was different. Both of the workers had big smiles on their faces and great attitudes. Which were pleasant surprise after the day I'd had. They were helpful in making sandwich choices and even complimented me on my parenting of the rambunctious 4 year old I had bouncing around the shop. They were the best service I've had at this shop and I've been coming here for years. Enough to make me stop and ask their names and thank them for spreading a little joy into the lives of others. Good Job Jay and Em....

I placed an online order on the Subway app and paid for my order directly on their app. At 8:30 pm when I showed up to get my order I was told they were out of all food! They refused to provide a refund, told me I must do it online, there is no option to cancel an order on the Subway app! The employee working barely spoke English but told me to come back tomorrow for a refund, I asked for her to put it in writing and she refused. Showed up the next day to be told only the owner could issue a refund, oh and he’s on vacation and will not call me! I realize I ordered late in the evening, but still within business hours, their app was quick to take my $36 dollars, but I can’t get a refund when you run out of food! The customer service was the absolute worst I have ever dealt will both days I was there to get my refund! They refuse to provide a refund, manager / owner name or number and the phone number listed in Google doesn’t even work! Still waiting on my refund! If I could do a negative star for customer service I absolutely would!
