The last three times I’ve stopped by this location they have had a sign up saying temporarily closed. I don’t know what the reason was for the other two times were, but today there was a guy standing outside saying that the worker cut her finger really bad and locked the doors until she could get it taken care of. They should have more people working there at that location to prevent closures
Always friendly, always delicious! Melinda did a wonderful job crafting my sandwiches and helped me have a better day by being so nice.

Placed my order in the app, and when I arrived the only person there was busy and behaved behind. He apologized several times as he was out of product and from another store normally, so was trying to fill orders and find missing product (which he was unable to). This meant that one of the sandwiches we ordered could not be made. Again the guy there was very friendly and tried his best to make the best our of a bad experience.

This was the rudest customer service I’ve had in a long time. There was one lady working and did not say anything when we went to order. Not even hi. She just stood there. They were missing condiments that are essential to subway sandwiches and she cut the sandwiches terribly. Also none of the tables were clean and she had no name tag on. There needs to be a change in management and employees here.

Ruddiest costume service and servicer. If I can give zero I would. First time taking my son here she did not even say hi and straight giving the evil look to us. Giving stupid attitude and shaking her head at us like we already did her wrong. Do better subway! 6/21/25
The customer service is horrible. Just rude and looks like someone who doesn’t want to do their job and you are inconveniencing them for ordering food

I have been there twice with bad experiences. One time I went and it was 9:25 and they wouldn’t serve me they close at 10. The second time I went there the customer service was horrible. Just rude in general all around.
Close this dump down unless you can get workers to at least care a little about the customer. Worthless night shift as always.

When you walk in, don't expect any assistance or a friendly greeting. The staff will continue their activities without interruption and will only acknowledge you if and when they're ready to take your order.

Got there about 20 minutes past eight with 2 customers ahead of me and only 1 employee. As another customer came in, he asked us what our sandwiches were as he was out of a good number of ingredients. A good 20 minutes later it was my turn. He was out of teriyaki sauce for the one sandwich and just enough steak for a 6" steak sandwich. The employee provided
great service, he was rattled or anything even as several more customers showed up before I left. So great service but poor management decision to have just one employee that night and then run your food out so they have a limited selection to serve.

Let me preface: I've been coming to this subway for years. I grew up next door to it. Slowly, service has been taking longer and longer. Today really takes the cake in providing poor service.
I walked in, two people ahead of me. A couple minutes passed and then they walked out and told me to save myself and leave as well. I should've listened. I waited 30 minutes for my one foot long to be completed. During this 30 minute time period I noticed several things wrong.
First, no uniforms, no name tags, no hats, nothing. A new employee was being trained, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was willing to be patient for the new employee to learn. I got a pretty straight-forward order of a BMT with double meat but was provided with half of the meat ingredients missing after being baked. The staff offered to remake it and also wanted to give me the failed BMT at no extra cost (Which I did not want nor did I receive it).
Furthermore, a customer tipped the employee making my sandwich with cash and handed it directly to them. The employee received the cash with gloves on. These same gloves stayed on while retrieving cookies for a customer that had just walked in for cookies only. Not a good look. Thankfully she changed gloves before touching my sandwich again.
Continuing, the staff completed my sandwich very sloppily and was extremely messy to open and had been wrapped equally as poorly, with the ends of my sandwich poking out and sauce spilling out as well.
Couple side notes during this experience:
The new guy was not presentable and had his chest hair poking out of the top of his (not fully buttoned) polo the whole time. He was doing his best to learn but was being taught by somebody who's not any more adequate than he was.
For messing up my first sub, she said she wouldn't charge me for my double meat. I had no issue with paying the full amount as they've been giving away multiple sandwiches for free during this whole interaction to customers ahead of me.
Overall, I will not be returning to this Subway. I'm so extremely disappointed in the service provided and the quality of everything has gone to zero. If I could give a lower star-rating I would.

I placed an online order for a confirmed pickup time of 7:05pm. I prepaid online. My husband went to pick up the order at the scheduled time and when he got there she hadn't even started my order. 40 minutes later, my husband gets home (we live 5 minutes away) and he tells me that she stops making our order to help walk in customers. In addition, we ordered meals. we did not get our drinks, our chips or cookies. One of the sandwiches we ordered was ham and cheese with mayo however it came loaded with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. when I called to complain I was told that the customers come first. I said I am a customer and I prepaid and pre-ordered so it should have been ready at the scheduled pick up time. I told her I wanted a refund and she told me I had to request online. She said she would be happy to remake my order if I wanted to come back and I said I was not going to wait another 30 minutes and have other customers be helped in front of me. She then said that walk ins are always helped first. I told her that was very disrespectful as I had already ordered and paid.
I have never had such a terrible experience.
