Seems very understaffed, only ff joint I’ve been to that asked me to get out of the drive thru and order inside 😭😭

Hello It's me

I cannot tell you how many times I have pulled into the drive-thru and they are too busy to take my order and ask me to come inside or wait for over an hour and never get my food driving up to the window here in employees yell at each other. Look. I know the restaurant business can be crazy but dang either shut it down or get it together. I frequent this route and this stop is out of convenience. And half the time I don't know if I'll be able to get any food LOL. At this point I just have to laugh or ask for some free Taco coupons if I can't get anything at that point. Give your crew more support please.

I'm new to this area..I went their today it was clean the customer service was awesome..black young lady giving me recommendations I decided on this box..I ate a bite of steak burrito..it was so good..I don't normally eat out because I'm always disappointed..the taco bell in cedar rapids sucked so I stopped eating their..this one is on point..their was this homeless guy in their sitting eating..nice person..thanks for that..well done..this is my spot

Literally never gets the order right even if it is just omitting corn chips. They do not answer their phone and they do not care about custom orders. Absolutely unacceptable store. Corporate needs to take a note.

Ordered Uber eats from here for convenience. And it took over an hour for my courier to get the food. I was in contact with the courier the whole time. And she said it was just super slow. Rolling burritos isn't hard...

I don't really expect much from fast food but I wasn't able to even order their most famous drink which is the whole reason I went. I placed an online order and was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me then I didn't even get everything I ordered and both my orders of chips with nothing but the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Absolutely disgusted with this Taco bell.

My doordash driver told me he had to wait in the restaurant for over an hour and was sending me proof the whole time. He told me they were very disrespectful. I called the restaurant myself and the man on the phone was very polite, so I’m receiving mixed signals about this place.

Never seen something come out of this store less than 15 minutes late. My last order cancelled after waiting legit half an hour for a crunchwrap supreme.

We made an order on their site. Over an hour later, we still didn't receive it. We had 3 people who were supposed to pick up our order (it kept getting reassigned). Eventually, the final person said that our order got picked up and the lady refused to make it again unless we ordered again. WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR ORDER. How clear can that be? Two hours later, we had received no food and they will not answer our phone calls even though they are open until 2:00 AM supposedly.

If you only have 3 people working a busy shift, that's a problem. Do your job. Get more people. Serve the customers. It's not that hard. It's been a long, hard day, and we just wanted to stay home and eat Taco Bell. Never again will we order or visit this restaurant. Thanks!!!! :)

Currently in the drive through. Heard them tell the people in front of us that they have 4 DoorDash orders. It’s been 42.5 minutes. I’ve aged years sitting here. Trump is in his third term as President. I’m still waiting.

This Taco Bell is ridiculous. I'm trapped in line right now. They wouldn't let me order and told me to pull through and come back in 20 minutes, but I'm stuck sandwiched in between 2 cars now. I can't believe how pathetic the service is here, even for a Taco Bell it's insanely bad.

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Conveniently out of ~everything~ we ordered and told us to go to the store a couple miles away and ask them to make our food for us. Told us to call customer support instead of refunding the order we had, at 1 am on a Sunday. Turns out gas station Taco Bell’s are the worst.
