Dinner time and day time, is usually on point or on time. And let you know if there is a delay. Night time is iffy. Getting an employees attention over the dance party is difficult sometimes. And they will make the drive-thru orders before doordash/uber. Or they don't even unlock the lobby and only run the drive-thru. They do what they can with what they have. I have seen only 2 people work that store before. They really do try, and they aren't being mean or rude. They are just working with what employees they have that will show up to work.

This place needs to retrain three employees. 5 employees were on duty and only o e was working (at a snails pace, too busy talking and laughing) I went inside and ordered 6:45 and we waited an waited. Finally had to say something, and we finally received our food at 7:35. That is ridiculous. Will never go back. Plus the shared bathroom was out of order. Place is so ran down.

Absolutely NOT going back here i gave them another chance , new mangerment or something i had a a client who is a minor with me and we were waiting for our food and two employees were outside right in front of the door, smoking weed omg it came right in our car, the young lady sitting in the drivers side had on the headset she was on break and the other male had on his taco bell shirt . In broad daylight... absolutely crazy that whole parking lot why stay right in front of the door .. really

I did a DoorDash order and I asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes in my food, and as I was contacting the DoorDash company, I was gonna eat my taco cause instead of getting a hardshell taco, I ordered a softshell taco got that one right but then I got to open it. My whole taco is wet and then the only thing they got right it was the slushy and so then I called them. I looked up their address. I called them and they asked that I could get it remained. They will contact the DoorDash or get it remain and I said no I told him they did a horrible job and they hung up on me. This company should be closed down because every other talk about is doing a great job but them.
Ordered in the drive thru, the lady who took our order was kind and nice. It was not really a big order, another lady then got on the microphone and shouted “oh my god”. We then pulled up to the window and she said “do you know what you want or not, don’t walk around this world like that”. Not sure what warranted an interaction like that but for sure will not be coming back ! Wish I knew her name so I could contact someone about this. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my whole life. As a former Taco Bell employee, it’s never that serious.

I was quite excited to get Taco Bell before a long road trip. There were two cars in front of me, and by the time I got to the ordering screen, I had to wait over a minute for someone to take my order. I ordered, got to the window and waited for several more minutes for my food. After a significant wait, the team member opens the window and tells me they are out of ground beef. I ask if they can sub chicken, and they tell me no. They don't offer any work around, so I had to leave without any of my food or drinks. Unpleasant.

If your a door dasher this place sucks to get orders from. Doordash tells the driver that the order is ready and you get there you could wait up to 25 minutes after taco bell says it's ready.

I like Taco Bell but this location is abysmal. I went through the drive through where I had to repeat myself and correct the order several times(didn’t fill me with enthusiasm). They told me to pull ahead and they would bring me my food. I sat for 20 minutes and it never came, yet I watched several people come and go with their orders. I checked back in and they said they were working on it, they had obviously forgotten. Keep in mind, all I ordered was nachos and a soda so it’s not like I was asking for anything special. After going back a second time they once again said they were working on it. This time I stayed inside and watched them quickly start and throw the order together(didn’t fill me with enthusiasm). I went back to my car 45 minutes after my order was made to find the order was wrong. At this point I had to go back to work so I couldn’t have it fixed, and TBH I didn’t trust them to fix it anyways. I understand they were busy but with several employees working and several reminders for me, I should’ve had my order in a timely manner and…preferably…correct.
