Went through the drive through person at window didn't give me a reciept. Then when I got home figured out they didn't give me 1/4th of my order called and got hung up on because I didn't have a reciept.

I was running low on time one afternoon and made a stop to Taco Bell and was not disappointed. I stayed with Taco Bell's value meal options and particularly enjoyed the burrito and a taco. The drive thru offered quick and accurate service. The employees seemed professional, and the store offered a good value.

I cant speak on behalf of food. I came to do a door dash pick up here. There was 8 other door dashers ahead of me, an order sitting on shelf for over an hr, line of 10 cars in drive through. Apparently there wa mess up in orders or something. I get it it gets chaotic. However the shift lead and the cooks were all yelling and cussing each other out, screaming to point a person who just walked in heard the issue and walked out. The shift leader was yelling how they not (bad word here) wanting to come back here again. They werent diligating task to people to help through the process and one person who was seasoning the fries was shaking in container, had dropped a few fries, picked them up with her gloved hand and went back to work without properly changing gloves while handling food. A person was seeing an order and was getting started making it when the shift leader yelled "i just (bad word here" put that item on". The poor kid trying to help said im sorry was trying to help.. another person who was picking up an order had ask by chance do you have my order i been waiting over an hr. The same shift lead who been yelling and cussing said yeah we have order it not gonna be a another (bad word) hr. after this experience i will be calling corporate tomorrow (tried calling today but the line wasnt active and had to call next day) and will not even come here to try food on my own time.

The amount of disrespect how they will stand there and talk about people while they are sitting in there. People who where cooking had there hair all out the lobby was a mess they were not busy and still would not help didn’t even say sorry I’ll be there to help you in one moment in all my years have I never witnessed something like this.

The girl with the blue hair working. The register is the absolute rudest Taco Bell employee. I have ever met in my life. She has no time for customers. She stands back there behind the counter and talks about customers passes out the wrong needs clothes down. There was hair in the food.The one with the blue hair had her long hair in a poretail, but it wasn't put up in a hat.Nobody had want a hat no hair.Nothing come in from taking out garbage and didn't even go wash hands

The drive thru employee (female) on 12-11 at approximately 3:25 was very rude over intercom. Talked very snappy so my family and I took our business to McDonald's. Correction needs to take place.
Parking: Lot of parking foods not good don't seem like thy just don't care. Hard she'll tacos hell. Al broke un eatable. Just a big wast of money. I'll never go back

Ordered a crunch wrap only for the food to be ice cold and rarely no beef. Went back to show the food and the manager with a lot of tattoos was extremely rude. I recommend that they have extensive customer service training on how to treat people. You should never be rude when serving your customers.
