Ordered through their app for delivery. An hour later no response. Call their restaurant and was told my order was sitting there but nobody picked it up. Had to drive down there and ask for my order only to be told it's not there and to call corporate. Asked for the manager, she brought my order out. They ended up refunding me, so I'm adjusting my review to 4 stars.

Stopped here at 11:20. Lobby closes at midnight. We ordered to dine in, cashier said they close at 11:30. They gave us our food at 11:25 in a to go bag, and the food was piled into one bag with no boxes for anything. After sorting through whose items belong to whom (because they weren't in the boxes they were ordered in) we sat down to eat. At 11:35 we were yelled at by the manager Dakota to leave. Seriously yelled at. This was completely ridiculous. Half of the employees were sitting on their phones. If they didnt feel like working, they shouldn't have showed up to work.

The food is good, the atmosphere is bad with the hip hop music, and the employees making very loud noises in the back area, they just holler at each other, there seems to be no control from the manager.

I really wanted to hype this experience and give full on five stars, but at every turn throughout my meal I was left wondering what happened.
First, if you order online they make it right then regardless of time frame asked to pickup.
Second, lids are difficult and my cheese sauce didn’t even have a lid so it got everywhere.
Third, my chalupa shell was so brittle it cracked into sharp pieces and cut my mouth.

They are deterring the sale of food at this location so if you want anything but their food it’s a great location. Taco Bell in name only.

I ordered nachos from this location 3 times the last week. The first time I was only given a Table spoon as in one bite worth of meat and the manger refused to give me more unless I paid for it. The manger also seemed very unfriendly and didn't show any care for me as a customer or that I was unsatisfied with my order. The second time the nachos were good the chips I was given was mostly broken chips but the topping portions were perfect. The third time the beens were dried out and they only gave me half the amount of cheese sauce as last time even though both times I ordered extra. I was also given a bunch of chips crumbs as my nachos and when I pointed it out they wouldn't give me actual chips or even extra of the crumb pieces. The employee said that in the evening that is whats left to work with for orders. So even though I paid full price I get the scraps since taco Bell doesn't want to make more chips I guess. Also on my second visit I watched a employee drop several taco shells on the floor beside a trash can. The employee then sat a plastic container on the floor next to the shells and put the shells in it. The employee then walked across the kitchen and sat the shells in the fryer area and threw away the container. the employee got a new container and put the shells in it to be used for food preparation. I had other small problems with my orders but this is already long enough.

The manger was snippy and unfriendly. she doesn't seem to like her job. Customer satisfaction definitely isn't a priority here. the experience came of like I don't matter as a customer. I got nachos with the chips on the side I'll add pictures. it was super skimpy on the portions. I have gotten the nachos before and the portions weren't great but not this bad. I got 1 chip bites Worth of meat. All together I could have eaten all the toppings in 2 spoon fulls that's how small it was. If you don't like wasting money you are better off making it yourself at home. With the same ingredients It would probably be enough for ten servings if you did the same portions they do and cheaper.

The don’t know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t trust them making your food if they can’t even use their own register.

Super friendly help that gladly assisted this old man with the new order screen qiosk. Meal was served fresh and hot plus super fast. It's a great 5 item value (including drink and dessert) for $7 plus tax and was all delicious too. Dining area was clean and decorated for 👻 Halloween.

I hate the kiosks and nobody will come to the front counter. Also I selected Dine-in and they just threw everything in a bag and on top of it all I ordered the deluxe Dorito Taco Supremes and they came with no sour cream no tomatoes and just hamburger and lettuce and cheese. Not my idea of a very good customer service.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this left me completely unfulfilled, upset and I don't think I'll be going through that shopping again.

Taco John's E Euclid Ave: You shouldn't bring your bad attitude to work and be grumpy to your customers; they're the ones keeping you employed. Don't bring your bad attitude to work, especially when your food isn't all that; it leaves bad vibes, and I won't be back.
