Ordered the new chicken nuggets and they came burnt to a crisp horrible...nasty and as expensive as they are you'd think the employees would take your time to make them instead of ripping you off with burnt nuggets

11:00pm 5/22/2025 Make sure your mind is made up at the order speaker cause they don't let you add onto your order after you just can't they said at this place XD never heard that before specially after they rush you through the order screen and don't give you a chance to answer at the window any of there question I get times are important but do better customer service and learn your systems better before lying about adding orders I know it's annoying but everywhere can do it.

Stopped in and got the chicken bites they were extremely overcooked and not edible. The fire ranch was good. My fries were hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I'd give a 2/10

Thank goodness I’m not the only one who’s only had a bad experience(s) at this restaurant. I get sometimes you may not be in a good mood, but it seems like all of the employees have an attitude problem. I don’t expect a whole lot but at least have some manners. Only reason why I give 3 stars for food is because the only reason why they taste good is because they needed to make them fresh. I’d rather drive all the way to West Des Moines for their Taco Bell.

I work for taco bell in cedar rapids and we are allowed to do second orders in drive thru not this location and the employee destiny m is rude my order was sloppy especially my mexican pizza with no tomatoes i was giving a half full box of fries that were cold broken dlt taco shells my midnight freeze was not filled all the way my chicken enchilada burritto was horrible i will not come back here again
The service was real slow because there was only one person working the store and he waited on one customer at a time. No one should have to by themselves.

I'd like to know why we went to taco bell last night 12/28/24 over 45 minutes before the store closed and we were told they couldn't serve us? This is how it went. We pulled up to the speaker. Nobody greeted us. I said hello 2 or 3 different times in the span of 5 minutes. Finally someone got on the speaker and told us "unfortunately we had an order that completely wiped us of everything in our hot boxes so we have no food to serve for anyone" here's the deal I've worked food service and it's the managers job to make sure you still have food even if you have an order come through that takes everything. As soon as you got that order you should've had more stuff being cooked for the rest of your customers. Anyways they tell us they can't help us and offered us 10 free taco coupons. I mentioned the fact there were 3 other cars in line and they said they'd be doing the same for them. I want to know Taco bell is this normally how your workers treat customers? Is this a normal thing you tell them to do? Because they easily lost out on 100$ in sales between the 3 other cars and myself.

Tonya is literally the worst manager ever. With asking questions regarding service and sales she became very irate and short. Furthermore, if you forgot to order something, forget it! There’s no adding additional items at the window. To include, according to my receipt my order number is 1952d3. Cashier wasn’t Teddy.
Most important part is, I sincerely dislike lettuce and/or sour cream. Which was added to the food to put it on the side. She charged me for an additional taco which I didn’t ask for as well. WORST 16.00 at 12:30AM! As my family who read this, UNDERSTAND, I was hungry. This clearly sucks.

Couldn't understand the drive thru teller guy ordered the new chicken nuggets....... And they sucked tasted like they cook them in the same grease as the Taco Shell's. Could not correctly count my change back.... I Flippen Hate that..
