Every time I come here I say never again. For what ever reason I came back and I remember why. 3 employees. Only one making the food. There is no reason why it should take 30+ minutes to get 3 tacos.

Ordered the new chicken nuggets and they came burnt to a crisp horrible...nasty and as expensive as they are you'd think the employees would take your time to make them instead of ripping you off with burnt nuggets

11:00pm 5/22/2025 Make sure your mind is made up at the order speaker cause they don't let you add onto your order after you just can't they said at this place XD never heard that before specially after they rush you through the order screen and don't give you a chance to answer at the window any of there question I get times are important but do better customer service and learn your systems better before lying about adding orders I know it's annoying but everywhere can do it.

Stopped in and got the chicken bites they were extremely overcooked and not edible. The fire ranch was good. My fries were hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I'd give a 2/10

Thank goodness I’m not the only one who’s only had a bad experience(s) at this restaurant. I get sometimes you may not be in a good mood, but it seems like all of the employees have an attitude problem. I don’t expect a whole lot but at least have some manners. Only reason why I give 3 stars for food is because the only reason why they taste good is because they needed to make them fresh. I’d rather drive all the way to West Des Moines for their Taco Bell.
