I was disappointed to find that Taco Bell was closed despite their listed hours being inaccurate. I had checked online before visiting, so it was frustrating to encounter this inconvenience. It's important for businesses to keep their hours updated for the benefit of their customers. I hope they address this issue to prevent others from having a similar experience.

We ordered online - paid - show up to the drive thru, and they tell us they are currently closed. We said we already ordered and paid online. They told us we have to call to get our money back, but it will take 3-5 business days. Their hours said they close at 2am and we were there at 1:15am. Close your online ordering if you're closed. Ridiculous you basically steal our money, but there was more than enough people in the store smirking at us as we drove by. Awful, and I won't go back.

Be warned: if you order online from this location, they almost NEVER make your order right. Seems staff here doesn't actually read the tickets. Several times stuff I've paid extra for doesn't get in my order. Other times it's thrown together so slopilly everything falls apart.I mean I know it's taco bell, I don't have exactly high standards here, but seriously how hard is it to put extra cheese on nachos?

The drive thru order taker was rude and rushing me throughout my order. Then when I got my food I had ordered a Chalupa and got an un-fried pice of flat bread. Pretty much a Gordita without the crunch. Which is not at all what I ordered. The last 2 months we’ve came here 3 times and everytime our order has been messed up.
