I have been coming here since I was 12. So about 41 years. Have always loved it. Tried it after new owners took over and still great. Went there yesterday and was VERY disappointed that they have changed their tortillas for the soft shell tacos!! That is part of what made them great and now they are just OK. Please please please bring back the other tortillas!!
This has for decades been my favorite taco joint,. My last visit however was disappointing as they usually cover the top with cheese and this time there was none, when asking the front counter lady if they had changed their tacos, she seemed less interested to resolve the issue and more like I inconvenienced her by taking her away from cell phone time
This has pretty much become my go-to location for lunch away from home. Everyone is helpful/polite/etc., and I've only got a wrong order once in over 60 times I've ordered here over the past couple years.
A special shout-out to Ashley as I've noticed she remembers names, faces, and orders of regular customers, and is extra friendly while serving folks - giving the whole experience here an extra boost.
