Wrost place. They forgot an item i payed and didn't give me a receipt after asking for one. And I called up there to find out what was going on why it was missing and they said I didn't order one. Wont be back there and I will be getting ahold of corporate.

Me and my friend traveled from Texas to Iowa City for are first college game cents my friend is from Iowa we went n watched Nebraska vs Iowa. And was are first time to stop at a taco john's.

I would highly suggest passing on this location. After multiple attempts to get this location to get an order right “the first time,” has been extinguished. Over the last few months, we have ordered Taco John’s to satisfy a Tex mex craving and unfulfilled each time with incorrect items on my ticket, as well as food not made correctly. Check your order before leaving the location or be disappointed when you’re hungry and can’t eat what was incorrectly prepared. This location is listed as a “1 out of 100” and you’d be better off trying the Altoona or Ankney location, as they have correctly served our orders EVERY TIME when tested in a 6 month timespan. I wish this location would do better, but change is not something expected out of this location when it involves effort.

Went through the drive thru. Forgot half of my things I ordered. I went back and no problem getting them.
Go to for breakfast on the east side. Always extremely quick and polite with service. Never had a bad experience here.
