I have been eating Taco John's since they put that trailer on SW 9th St. I enjoy their crispy tacos. If I have any complaints, it would be having to pay for tomatoes that used to come with a taco.

I personally like Taco Bell’s food more, but in terms of service and preparation, this location is superior to any other Taco Bell or Taco John’s I’ve been to. The employees are really nice, they get the food out quickly, and there’s never been any mistakes. Other fast food joints in the area should take note on what they’re doing here!

I came through drive through place order. Wow get back to the office. Me & my co worker was eating the potatoes ole so salty. Still taste the salt in my mouth. I got a taco salad where is the meat nothing but lettuce no meat where was the sour cream. My co-worker tacos was not good either. Just to let had to call and let them know about the potatoes ole, drove back they and got more they was not salty. But our other food was not good. So this is a no to come back to this place. Now my co-worker throwing the food up. Wow. Check yall food. Stomach hurt too. So salty my head is throbbing. Never again.

Went in and placed an order as we were going through town. I specifically ordered my taco bravo no tomato due to a food allergy, asked for the oles no seasoning because I don't like the seasoning, and asked for a side of nacho cheese. When we got to our destination I found that my mean was completely wrong. The taco bravo was covered in tomatoes, the oles had seasoning, and there was no nacho cheese. Was too far away to drive back, but I now know the next time I come to Des Moines I will be finding a different taco johns location.

Was not happy due to the cashier charging us almost 4 dollars more for a meal by separating the drink and ole's.
