I’m upset that I even have to give them a star because they don’t deserve it. Pulled up to the drive-through and tried to order a six pack and a pound for the gentleman over the speakerphone to tell me that he didn’t have enough beef to fulfill that one order. I then left - a fast food taco place doesn’t have beef….? Or is it that the work ethic of the younger generation is dwindling.

The manager Jackie keeps the place so clean food was fresh and amazing! Was also able to have some great conversations with the manager.what a great place to come eat if your questioning if it’s worth going It is I sat in the lobby and couldn’t have felt more welcome!!

Just pulled up at 649 pm on a Friday night and the man at the order window said 5-10min not telling us anything about ordering or waiting. Went ahead and told them anyway. Pulled up 1 car in front of us. They received their food. We pulled up to pay and the man at the window just said 10-15 wait. Still not sure what they were talking about he said they can’t take orders at the window. Horrible customer experience. Front door sign not on looked in the front window and there were 3 gentleman standing around. This is my local taco John’s and I can tell you this I won’t be back.
If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered a meat and potato burrito with no tomatoes and no lettuce well I guess the kitchen people can’t read because I had to have them remake it 3 times after the third I got a refund
